A very lovely place. Very close to the beautiful beaches in the area. Very quiet, and in a very nice neighborhood. It is small, so be prepared for that. Very dog friendly. It is a place if you want a low-keyed vacation.

Beautiful home with so much character. I'd recommend to any couples looking for a quite place to stay. Provided more than enough amenities to make you feel at home. Very clean and easy to deal with.

What a beautiful place! It had everything we could possibly need or want. Tastefully decorated and the welcome note and fresh flowers from the hosts were such a wonderful touch. We felt pampered! Thank you. Can't wait to rent with you again.

Perfect little vacation on the cape! Quiet spot just a short drive to the beach with quaint shops and restaurants nearby. Our hosts were so hospitable, leaving us with dog treats, coffee, toiletries, and even a gift card to a local cafe. We had such a relaxing stay. Thank you to our amazing hosts!

Perfect escape

A perfect tiny cottage in a lovely little town. So nice that this area still feels like a quaint historic village - less traffic and less commercial. And the beaches and waterfront dining all very nearby.

Rondi was a great host and this was a fantastic location for my wife and our Labrador. A quiet dead end street with plenty of shade. The detached space was thoughtfully appointed and had its own private outdoor space for grilling and relaxing.

Great little cottage. Quite cozy and very well kept. Patio is perfect for morning coffee or a late nightcap. Make sure you use the gift certificate for the Riverview Cafe. You will not be disappointed. Host was very nice too.

The place was pristine clean and just adorable. The owner was easily accessible. The gift certificate covered our whole breakfast. A very nice bonus!There were even dog treats and doggie bags with feeding bowls ( we had forgotten our own bowls) so it was great.

Our stay was fantastic! This was exactly what we needed. Very quiet setting on a dead end road. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It was wonderful to have our two dogs with us too. The owners provided everything we needed for us and for the dogs.The outdoor sitting area was quaint and quite comfortable! Highly recommended for a couple looking to be by themselves in a peaceful setting!! ENJOY.

Cute quiet location close to beach

My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.

Rondi was an amazing host! Complete with a fresh flower bouquet and a welcome surprise, she really went above and beyond to make our trip special! I proposed this weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect cottage to spend the weekend in the Cape at!

This is my wife and I's second time at this location. It is perfect for a long weekend on the Cape. We did not have our dog with us, but it is a quiet street perfect for walks.
