Need to relax?! This charming newly renovated cottage on the water boasts the best views on the peninsula! Spend the day watching boats glide by from inside the house with full length window view, on the side deck or on the yard in comfort chairs!
The Association Beach is .2 miles away and the Association Clubhouse is .9 miles away with a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and restaurant available for use. White's Landing public boat ramp is at the end of the Peninsula, only 1 mile away. Launch your boat and fish for the day or head over to Martha's Vineyard via 1 of 2 direct access points to Vineyard Sound. Enjoy yard games on the lawn and puzzles and board games if you need a break from the beach.
Mashpee Commons and downtown Falmouth are a short car ride in either direction featuring quaint shops, fine and casual restaurants. Public beaches are within 5 miles. Bring your paddle board and kayaks to enjoy the gorgeous coastline of Washburn Island and Waquoit Bay...East Falmouth's hidden gems.
