Chic New Midtown Apartment in the Heart of Sacramento
Located in the heart of Midtown Sacramento on historic Capitol Mansions row (known for being surprisingly quiet, clean, and safe). Walking distance to anything you could want, including restaurants, theatre, nightlife, Sutter Medical Center, the Capitol Building & Capitol Park, McKinley Park in East Sac, and very close to Mercy General Hospital, UC Davis Med Center, Business 80, Highway 50, Golden 1 Arena, etc. It's even only 10 blocks from the delicious Michelin star restaurant Localis.
Recently completed spacious and open unit, nicely appointed including newer furnishings, Cal King bed with hybrid mattress (plus queen murphy bed, so it can sleep 4 if needed), central heat & air, kitchenette and full sized laundry, bathtub with shower, huge walk-in closet, and Pac-Man arcade game.
Great central location (walk to work *and* fun)
-Located in one of the most sought after high-end historic districts called "Capitol Mansions" with huge century-old fancy homes in the heart of Midtown
-Endless restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment venues, wines bars within walking distance, and my favorite Ginger Elizabeth's Chocolates
-Multiple breweries within 1 mile (Alaro Brewing, Fieldwork, Mattie Groves, etc.)
-1/2 mile to the Lavender Heights "gayborhood"
-Just over 1 mile to the Capitol
-1.5 miles to the Golden 1 Arena and the DOCO (Downtown Commons)
