Our home is truly a LAKEFRONT home with 100 feet of secluded private beach for your enjoyment with a dock, private lake access, and stunning views. The house is nestled in a wooded oversized lot providing a very private space for you to enjoy and appreciate nature. A path leading down to the lake and private beach is surrounded by trees and lush vegetation creating an enchanting environment. During the day you'll be able to relax on the beach, swim in the crystal clear shallow water or sail away on the provided kayaks, canoe, rowboat or paddle boat. The lake is peaceful and Eco-friendly as only electric motors are allowed The lake also provides great fishing, sightings of many wildlife and birds including blue herons and the occasional bald eagles; and you'll be able to experience gorgeous sunsets reflecting off the lake. In the evening the lighted path brings you to the lakeside fire pit (firewood provided) where you can enjoy the night sky and the countless stars above.

We provide a family friendly environment offering a play set on the property with swings, a glider and slide. There are games, children's books, and if requested a pack and play and booster seat with tray can be made available. Beach and water toys (adults and kids) are provided in the boathouse by the lake for your use. Life vests are also available.

The house has two levels, with each level having access through sliding glass doors to a large deck that extends the length of the house. The upper deck has a gas grill and two dining tables, and the lower deck has several comfortable chairs and houses a spacious six person hot tub. The views from both decks are outstanding. It's quite delightful to sit listening to the sounds of nature, looking out at the lake and drinking your morning coffee or an evening beverage. Its a great place to relax; and if it is chilly, there are throw blankets to use to keep you warm.

Upper Living Area: Features a large open concept Great Room with living room, dining room and kitchen. A vaulted ceiling and propane fireplace bring a warm and cozy atmosphere to the area. This space allows ample room for everyone to gather and relax. There are two large sofas in the living room with a 58" flat screen TV, a vast dining table with seating for 10, as well as bar stools for additional seating at the large granite kitchen island. The updated kitchen has a large refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher and stove/oven. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a Keurig and a drip coffee machine for your use.

Upper Level Beds and Baths Include: A large master bedroom with a King Bed and attached master full bath. Across the hall is another bedroom with a double bed and a twin over twin bed with a 'jack and jill' full bath. This full bath can also be accessed from the Great Room.

Lower Living Area: Features a designated office equipped with desk, printer and copier paper. When not used as an office it is an additional space equipped with a couch, 46" Smart TV and electric fireplace. The space has pocket doors and can be closed off from the rest of the house providing privacy if desired.

Lower Beds and Bath include: Two spacious rooms located down the hall from the office each have a queen bed and each have a sliding glass door to the lower deck providing views of the lake.

Also, a spacious bonus room on this level provides a double bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. A two person sauna for guest use is located in the bonus room. The laundry room can be accessed through this room.

There is a full bath on the lower level.

Other Amenities: Our home is in Locust Lake Village, a community that includes 3 additional lakes with white sandy beaches, life guards, a snack bar, playgrounds, and picnic areas in the summer that our guests can enjoy. In the winter skiing can also be enjoyed at our association slope. It has a T-bar operation and skiers can warm themselves in the adjacent Chalet. Ice-skating and ice fishing are available at designated lakes and there is a designated sledding hill. Other recreational facilities in the community include basketball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, volleyball, horseshoes and 4 tennis courts.
