Dirty beds and construction left behind

Place had dirty beds, no heat, and they left construction behind. New tub in a box, new tiles in boxes left in the dinning area. Would not recommend.

The property is surrounded by rundown unkept homes. Lots of trash in the front yards. We are thinking maybe it’s leftover from hurricane damage so we are giving grace. The home is older. The appliances are newer as are the vanity’s. There was hair in all of the drawers in the bathrooms. There were crumbs in the drawers in the kitchen. The coffee maker had not been wiped down in awhile. There were Used and older loofah’s in the front shower. The tile in the bath/shower areas are cracked, old, and dirty. There were used soaps in the showers. We all decided to not use any of the showers, we were that uncomfortable. No hand towels anywhere. Old half used rolls of toilet paper under the sink. The beds are older and have cheap plastic loud bed protectors. It’s like you’re laying on a plastic shower curtain. The butcher block counter top in the kitchen was greasy. Again we chose not to eat or use any of the kitchen appliances or dishes. Basically we knew it was only one night. Had it been any longer we would have gone to a hotel. There is a short one sided driveway with a max of 2 cars. Next door there is a garage/shed that has been turned into an apartment and we were shocked when a car parked next to ours and it looked like they walked to the backyard. We are vacation home rental owners and know the expectations of upkeep. A lot of work needs to be done to this home.
