Guests will have full access to the apartment, including all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private balcony.

You will also have access to all shared condominium amenities provided by the building, such as the pool, gym, and lounge areas (access cards provided at check-in).

Valet parking is available on-site and payable at the time of check-out.

• Early check-in is available only by request and requires approval at least 24 hours in advance. A $100 early check-in fee applies.

• Valet parking is available and payable at check-out directly at the building.
• Access to the unit will not be granted before 4 PM unless arranged in advance.
• Only registered guests with valid ID will be allowed to check in.

✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
