Welcome to The Pearl Unit A, a beautifully appointed retreat in Uptown St. Augustine—just 1.5 miles from the historic district and only a short drive from Vilano Beach. This central location places you within walking distance of local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the Old Town Trolley stop right in front of the Old Jail at Stop #1. This home is the perfect spot to explore the city’s centuries-old landmarks, head to the shore, or visit during the enchanting Nights of Lights.
The Space:
Step inside and feel right at home in the inviting living room, where a cozy sofa, smart TV, and dedicated desk create a comfortable space to relax or catch up on work. Just off the living area, a dining table for four provides the perfect setting for meals or morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek gray countertops, bright white cabinetry, and plenty of space to cook and gather. With its thoughtful design, stylish finishes, and unbeatable Uptown location, The Pearl Unit A is the ideal place to unwind and experience the best of St. Augustine.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom includes a king size bed and a smart TV.
This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle available. Please park in driveway to the right of property labeled unit A. There is street parking available on a first come first served and at your own risk.
• This home and its’ sister unit, The Pearl Unit B, are part of a composite unit, you may see other guests coming and going on the property during your stay. The combined unit, The Pearl, is available to rent separately, larger parties are encouraged to rent the combine unit.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 pet may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $100 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Please clean up after pet.
o Do not leave pet loose inside the property.
o Do not leave pet unattended in yard.
o No pets on furniture.
o Dogs must be on leash outside of property.
o Keep dog noise level down due to potential guests upstairs and neighbors.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch,
o (2) located at and actively monitoring the backyard.
• Long-term stays allowed.
