Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti un'accogliente ed elegante appartamento di 135 mq adatto ad ospitare comodamente 8 posti letto.
Per chi viene in auto è possibile parcheggiare la macchina al parcheggio a pagamento di Villa Borghese. Dal parcheggio alla struttura sono circa 10 minuti a piedi .
La colazione non è disponibile, ma al loro arrivo gli ospiti troveranno a loro disposizione un’ampia scelta di snack, biscotti, cereali e merendine oltre naturalmente al kettle, Nespresso, macchina per caffè americano e tostapane.

We loved our stay at the Roman Residence. Location was absolutely perfect, we could walk everywhere or take the subway as the station is right next to the Spanish Steps. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet.

Rome spring break

Great property with great communication. We did a 10 day trip in Italy and finished with this property and it was by far our favorite. Located next to the Spanish steps it was absolutely perfect.

The apartment was beautiful! Everything was as promised and we felt very well taken care of. The location is also perfect. It’s close to the metro and lots of destinations, but it’s also off the beaten path and very quiet. I highly recommend it!

Fabulous location terrific apartment!

Everything was perfect with this stay- from the communication with your host and property manager, to the check in and check out process, no hidden fees, the location is perfect for a Rome stay! The place is great for a family. Highly recommend this VRBO!!

Amazing location!

The location of the apartment was incredible! Very walkable to many of the best attractions. There was an abundance of restaurants and cafes as well. The apartment was clean and just as shown in the advertisement. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Rome.

Fantastic location!

We booked for the Christmas holiday. The host was very communicative before checking in and during the stay. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and most sights are within a 30 minute walk. We loved it!
