La nostra grande master suite con 1 camera da letto con letto king size e bagno per lui e per lei e 1 1/2 bagno con doccia esterna, è splendidamente decorata con un bagliore moderno casual. La cucina e l'isola sono completamente attrezzate con tutti gli utensili da cucina, piatti, ciotole, pentole e padelle per cucinare e cuocere o uscire sul prato erboso grigliate di pesce dal mercato del pesce giornaliero sul nostro grill a gas costruito. Includiamo una grande brocca d'acqua per gli ospiti all'arrivo, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi dell'acqua quando si arriva. Ammira splendidi tramonti dal condominio o dirigiti verso la piscina e la piscina olimpionica con cocktail al tramonto per ammirare la bellezza. Esci dalla tua porta, oltre la tua piscina privata, sopra il tuo prato erboso, prendi la tua tavola da surf e sei proprio sulla spiaggia di Punta Majahua, Troncones. Se il surf non fa per te, prendi il tuo margarita e romanzi rosa e testa a bordo piscina. Questa nuovissima struttura si trova a soli 25 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, in un meraviglioso tratto di oceano. L'area ha ristoranti e piccoli mercati di proprietà locale e persino un ritiro yoga di lavoro sulla spiaggia dove puoi lavorare il tuo flusso Vinyasa in assoluta beatitudine.

Questa spiaggia incontaminata lunga 5 chilometri, una delle migliori spiagge da surf "segrete" del Messico, si trova a 20 minuti a nord di Zihuatanejo. Il villaggio di Troncones è la patria di appena 600 persone che rendono questa una delle migliori spiagge del Messico, non troppo affollata ma perfetta per venire, rilassarsi, divertirsi e fare surf.

Punta Majahua è il progetto più recente di Zozaya Arquitecto. È il posto perfetto per staccare dalla vita stressante e rilassarsi di fronte alle onde ipnotiche della costa del Pacifico. Questa penisola di 2,5 acri si trova tra la baia di Manzanillo e la spiaggia di Majahua, consentendo a tutti i suoi appartamenti di godere di una spettacolare vista sull'oceano. Magical Troncones

We loved our stay at Punta at Punta Majahua: falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a gorgeous view, walking the beach each morning, renting a scooter to use to head into town every morning for a latte, two amazing and very reasonably priced seafood restaurants (Brisas Mexicanas and Un Pencicito di Cielo) a five minute walk away, a house call massage in the open air. The property manager met us upon our arrival and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We asked for a slightly later check out, which was quickly granted. There were a couple of issues that were quickly rectified, including a blown fuse that provided hot water in the shower and electricity for the washer/dryer. We hope to be back.

Beautiful location, disappointing accommodation.

While the location is absolutely beautiful, we were very disappointed with the quality of this accommodation. There were stains on the towels and the bed was topped with a filthy duvet, without a cover. We were told the washing machine was "broken". We were told the television would need to be turned on "manually" but we were unable to figure out how. The unit itself was devoid of any art work or any personal touches. This unit was very dreary, especially when compared with the three other units we have stayed at in this development.

Winter get away

What a beautiful location. It is far out with not a lot of nearby amenities, which we not looking for. It was our relaxing get away. Shopping before you arrive is a must. The condo was large enough for the two of us and very pleasant being able to do a lot on the patio. The location of the unit was the best, ground floor easy to get to very lovely pool area and front of complex, corner unit so private. The washer and Dryer is not included as the description says. Adequate kitchen supplies. On our stay the TV did not work so we had to connect with another owner to watch. Our check in was after the normal hours so our person that checked us in did not speak very much English so I was unable to find a few things and figure out how to work the pool and for a while. I would stay here again as it was a very enjoyable time in a beautiful place.Super Bowl.

A wonderful stay in my favourite part of Mexico

A girls trip for 10 days, and it was exactly what we needed. Our criteria for choosing a place was 1) on the ocean, 2) tasteful decor, 3) a nice pool lounge area, 4) quiet and away from crowds, 5) well equipped full kitchen for cooking local food, 6) close to restaurants when we want to eat out, 7) safe. This one hit all areas. From making the reservation, to checking in with Nadia, the wonderful property manager, it was seamless. Any question we had from renting bikes to where to buy fresh fish, Nadia was immediate with her replies. The condo was perfect - nice open living space with a glass wall that opens right up onto the patio. Large bedroom with a huge bathroom and a lot of closet space. Towels and sheets were good. The entire development is gorgeous, and we felt like we were all by ourselves here. The main pool is beautiful. We went for long beach walks, seeing maybe one or two people the entire time. We spent a lot of time on our patio watching dolphins, cooling off in the plunge pool (note: it is not a hot tub), drinking cocktails while watching sunsets and eating our weight in homemade guacamole. We rented bikes for the week to ride into town for fresh produce and yoga. No car required really. A number of beach restaurants are few minutes walk from the condo. Our favourite one was Un Pedacito de Cielo for great margs and coconut shrimp at sunset. If you want quiet and relaxation, this condo and area is the spot. We will be back!!

Place was amazing. Nadia was great and check in was easy. Beautiful area and so much to do. The place as perfect and right on the point. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Peace and relaxation

Beautiful property and condo, we are returning next year! Perfect place to watch sunsets, walk on the beach, several restaurants nearby and more coming. We prepared several meals and found the kitchen supplies to be very adequate. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. The fan above the bed is a bit noisy so we only had it on during the day and used AC in the bedroom at night. Just a note: there is a washer and dryer, however, you have to stay 7 nights to have access, which I must have missed in the listing. Looking forward to returning next Jan!

This is our second stay at this property and it was a nice respite and ending to our visit of a month prior to that in Zihuatanejo. The beauty of the area and the wonderful accommodations are just what we needed after a very busy schedule in town. Looking forward to another perfect visit next year.

So relaxing

We had a great stay at Punta Majahua. The unit has a wonderful deck with plunge pool that was great for cooling off in the afternoon. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Very comfortable bed. Grounds are very nice, plenty of space around the pool . Ladies in the office were helpful in getting a cab na Rachel was quick to respond to any questions. A number of beachfront restaurants 100-200 meters down the beach. Rocky area in front of the unit is great for tidepools and just a short walk to access playa Majahua which is nice for walking. Majahua doesnt have much of a grocery so need to stock up before you arrive. We will return.

Great location and value! Awesome pool!

The property is very private with great views of the breaking waves on Punta Majahua. The best bar in Troncones is nearby - Amor Tropical, within walking distance from the property. I was disappointed that the private wading pool in the back never sees the sun (with the exception of the sliver of sun that peeks out around 2pm; it's a bit misleading with the picture on the listing). The main pool is rad with views of the ocean so it made up for it. Cell service is limited on the property, you'll have to use Whatsapp. Recommend the place, we'll be back!

A little piece of Mexican heaven

Wonderful property in a charming fishing and surfing town. Lovely beach and both the plunge pool and the lap pool were amazing. The property is extremely private and the architecture is very unique. The property manager, Nadia, was so attentive to our needs. After a thunderstorm and a power outage, the AC wasn't working and she sent someone immediately to fix it. We'll return!

To start with, this property advertises a hot tub-NOT!!!! There’s a plunge pool with jets that are on a timer for 2 hrs in the morning- no worries because the pool was way too cold to even get into. But the unit is so incredible that it made up for the misinformation( although I exclusively stay at places with jacuzzis). The living room opens up to the outside, the wall is glass and completely opens! And the bedroom doors are barn doors that open to the living room- so it’s like sleeping on the beach but in a luxury condo! Also the first and last days- no hot water. Again, the awesomeness of the place kept me from feeling real bad about that. I’d stay again.

Beautiful Punta Majahua

The condo is well appointed, beautifully decorated and extremely private. The complex is lovely and, my husband, a swimmer, was nuts about the lap pool. The condo features a spectacular view of the surf breaks from the back patio. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.

Perfect get away

Rachel’s condo is beautiful, even better than in the photos. The location is a perfect get away. You can prepare food in your own kitchen or outdoor grill or walk to several great restaurants close by. The bed and all the furnishings are top notch. Rachel was always so punctual with responses to questions. Overall a great vacation that I’ll recommend to others.

Another day in Paradise

Loved the condo. We especially loved the dipping pool in the afternoon after returning from morning activities. The condo was comfortable and clean - the views can't be beat. Overall had a great stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

Paradise.

We found ourselves being awe inspired by the views from all directions. Whether it was looking south from the pool area, over the beach, rocks and out to sea. Whether it was sitting in bed looking out through the the condo watching the waves crash just feet from you, or walking through this tiny community this place is incredible. We have travelled extensively to some very exotic areas of the world, but this has them all beat in our view. The condo is nicely furnished, well stocked and very private. Rachel, the owner, is very prompt at getting back to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for an amazing week.

Beautiful view

This condo is beautiful. The only reason I gave a lower rating for check in process is we were advised we could check in at 4pm. When we arrived about 430, the maid was still cleaning as she advised us the prior guests did not leave until after check out time. Not a big issue but we did have to wait to get situated while she cleaned. The other minor issue is the other owners of this property make it very clear that they do not want "renters" at this location. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance to a couple small convenience stores and restaurants. Other than the couple minor issues stated above, it was a beautiful view and condo. Just as the pictures indicated.

Great Beach Stay

We had a great weeklong stay in Rachel's condo. Its super comfortable and clean, steps from the water. The amenities of the condo are excellent, including very strong and consistent WiFi (not so common in Mexico). Rachel was easy to deal with and communicative. The common areas of the development will be fabulous when all of the construction is complete, including 2 fantastic pools. I can highly recommend this place to any traveler.

Amazing Stay

Great accommodation, amazing views. Total tranquility staying in Troncones. Well appointed condo with the owner being very attentive and helpful with directions and instructions. We loved the local beaches and restaurants. The food was amazing ! We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Troncones is serene the people are wonderful and the ocean is stunning. There is plenty of infrastructure in this area for all travelers to enjoy. Troncones is the new IT spot.

A Surf Break locals use right in front of the property and surf breaks north and south of the property within short drives. Saladitas, 20 minutes away, has amazing waves, but it not yet developed.
