Godetevi le splendide viste sui monti Ko'olau di giorno e le luci della città di notte da questo moderno trentaduesimo piano, con una camera da letto con aria condizionata (533 piedi quadrati più lanai con tavolo e sedie). Tutti dipinta di fresco, di recente decorate, con pavimenti in legno laminato in tutto. Il soggiorno include una Smart TV a schermo piatto da 42 ", un lettore DVD e un divano letto queen-size.

La cucina (senza lavastoviglie) ha banconi in Corian con bar per la colazione e 4 sgabelli da bar (senza tavolo da pranzo), un tostapane / forno a convezione, forno a microonde, un piano cottura a 4 fuochi in vetro, e avrà un nuovissimo frigorifero in acciaio inossidabile.

Le porte scorrevoli separano la zona giorno dalla camera da letto con la piattaforma letto matrimoniale (materasso nuovo, non può essere fatto come gemelli). Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia con seduta e una doccia bacchetta tenuta in mano (senza vasca).

My family and I usually stay at the Hyatt across the street, but decided to opt for a Vrbo this time around because we wanted a place with a kitchen. We stayed for a total of eight nights, so free parking was just icing on the cake. We decided to use the extra $$ we saved on parking for a fun activity for the kids. I truly do appreciate that added bonus because parking in Waikīkī can be pricey and challenging! Check-in was a breeze. The property manager who helped us was great! He was responsive and answered all our questions right away. The place was clean and well-maintained, the views are beautiful and the condo had everything we needed and more! If this place is available next year, I’ll definitely be booking it again :).

Loved everything about the place. Plenty of parking available in the garage, and beautiful mountainside view. Room had almost everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Only complaints are the laundry was kind of expensive for 8/load, and the A/C unit dripped and kept the balcony flooded the whole time.

Our second visit in less than a year. We really like this property and this unit. Great sunrise view. Very streamlined decor which made our vacation very restful. Comfy bed. Adequate kitchen (could use an electric tea kettle). Bathroom is fine but perhaps ready for a little refresh. We absolutely will try to stay in this unit again.

Parking made it easy to have a rental car and reach all sides of the island so was not confined to Waikiki. The unit was beautiful and everything was as described, and as it was in the pictures, the view from the back porch was amazing on the 32nd floor of the mountain range behind.

Waikiki condo

We enjoyed this condo on the canal side of Waikiki it’s a little quieter and the view is nice. It’s very clean and close to everything. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have had during my travels and I appreciated that. You always have to give up something when you travel but this condo had everything we needed for a great night sleep. The trade winds blow through in the evening to keep it cool. Another perk is the free parking spot. We made breakfast every morning and walked to get a coffee. Can’t go wrong with this condo.

This property is dated and needs some TLC. It does not have an oven as stated but rather a stove top and an air fryer. Bbqs were locked and have coin dispensers to operate- not disclosed in listing Some of the previous complaints on this property are still issues except the freezer door that was replaced while we vacationed there Bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper the air conditioner is extremely loud It’s close to everything that you need to walk to and is a very simple unit I would stay at the Banyan again but not this property

Great location on the south end of Waikiki. We liked that this condo was on the quieter end of Waikiki. Easy walk to Queens and Canoes surf breaks. Nice clean condo with everything you need.

The unit was nice and we had a lovely time. However, here are the things that bothered us: Foul smell from the bathroom sink. No instructions in the unit on how to work the TV. No screen on the balcony door. Difficulty opening condo door with electronic passcode. Information on WiFi access not readily found. Locked out of the building interior when I went to the parking garage early in the morning. Had to exit through a fire door and walk around the building to the front entrance. Otherwise the location and unit were fine.

A near perfect stay, we’ll be back

The condo was wonderful. Spectacular Mountain View for nighttime twinkles. Very nicely appointed condo, no clutter, good space for luggage. That said, the condo could have been cleaner and the freezer door handle was broken. Mgmt company very responsive, but we didn’t want to deal with others coming in to clean/ fix. We’ve stayed at various units at Banyon 5 times. Location is perfect but this is the only unit we would want to come back to.

Great location and easy communication

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It's centrally located, within walking distance to Waikiki beach and International Market. It's great to have access to a fully-equipped kitchen for a quick "home-cooked" meal. There were a couple minor issues with the condo when we checked. The property managers James and Byron responded and took actions promptly, which we really appreciated.

Great Stay!

Just as advertised. This was our 2nd stay at the Waikiki Banyan (different listing), and it's an easy place to stay. Slightly off strip which is what we love about it. This unit is on the 32nd floor and the views of the mountains are amazing. The sliding glass door did have an issue, but our property manager James was great and accomodating to any and all issues. Definitely recommend this listing and would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

I highly recommend this condo. It's on the 32nd floor, and has a beautiful view of the hills and University of Hawaii, where my son is now attending. We could see his dorm building from our balcony! 😊 The unit was very clean and the decor simple. The bathroom was roomy, and all the towels we needed were supplied for us, as well as laundry soap were we to need to do laundry. It even had beach towels, two folding chairs, and a simple umbrella for the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The king bed was great, and the kids even said the fold out queen couch was comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped, though a few simple spices would be nice to have on hand. Note, there is no dishwasher, but of course we managed! :) The garbage disposal worked great, and there was no foul odor, as someone mentioned in a previous review. Overall, a very comfortable place, and we would definitely stay here if we come back!

Great view from a clean and comfortable room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here alone for a week in June 2023. The room was exactly as pictured. The couch, bed and chairs were all comfortable and I liked the style of the furnishings and that there was no unnecessary clutter. Balcony overlooked the canal and the hills in the distance which were great to look at either for the sun rising over them in the morning or seeing the glow of houselights after dark. I especially liked that since the room is on the 32nd floor, there were no other building in the way of the view in that direction. Communication was good and had no problems with entry to the unit with code for door that was provided. I got follow-up texts asking how the trip was going and if I needed anything. A couple questions I asked were answered promptly. I did not use the kitchen for cooking but if I wanted to it looked to have all the utensils, cookware, bakeware etc I would need. I slept well and did not notice any excessive noise either from the streets below or the hallway outside. Unit is just a few blocks from the beach and the food places there as well. Plentiful ABC stores nearby if you need to purchase additional food items or toiletries. The air conditioner was on the loud side but did not bother me and it was effective at cooling the room after being out in the Hawaiian heat. There is a pool/activity deck on the 6th floor but note that a sign was up that indicated that it would start to be renovated soon so may be unavailable for some of the rest of the year. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would consider again if I return. Thanks!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owner needs a new mattress and support frame installed. Should have been done months ago! Garbage disposal was not working and the severe mildew smell under kitchen sink was atrocious. Front cover of AC held on by ducktape and there was no AC remote. Controls are on bottom corner of AC unit, 2" above floor level. Shower pan drains slightly away from drain, leaving a puddle at that end to evaporate. How about providing a second beach chair for our use?The CCRE Manager was helpful only in that he showed up with more ducktape for the AC, to clarify the foul under-sink odor and determine the disposal was indeed non-functional. Does CCRE have maintenance standards?On the positive side, the unit was fairly well cleaned and has one of the best mountain views in Waikiki. Plenty of bathroom and closet storage. Laundry facilities were conveniently located down the hall and parking was a breeze (and included!).
