Questo spazioso appartamento è situato sulle scogliere della famosa montagna di Mont Boron nel lato Est di Nizza. L'appartamento 'pende' dalle scogliere e permette splendide viste da tutte le stanze sul Mediterraneo, dal faro di VilleFranche al litorale di Nizza fino a Antibes. L'appartamento ha due camere da letto principali ognuna con letto matrimoniale. Il salone ampio e fresco si apre su un terrazzo di 30 metri e su un piccolo giardino. La cucina completamente attrezzata è aperta sull'aera da pranzo da 8 e guarda al comodo salotto con TV satellitare, DVD etc.. Unico di questa proprietà è l'ascensore privato al livello della strada da dove potrete raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia o la città con un affidabile servizio di autobus in entrambi le direzioni.
Questa posizione tranquilla è perfetta per godersi le città, le spiagge, le montagne e soprattutto la migliore delle viste sul Mediterraneo. Un affitto perfetto.

Great appartement with great sea views ! Amazing large windows in each room of the appartement, which make it very bright. We enjoyed as much the area as the appartement. We will come back ! Supermarket and bus stop very close by, so we spent one week without need of a car. Quite a lot of stairs to arrive at the appartement but fully manageable. Arriving/leaving procedure went very smoothly with Pam.

Very nice, clean accommodations equipt with everything you would need for an extended stay. Having a large market walking distance was wonderful. Quick uber down to the main area.

Stunning property, excellent stay

We were very happy with our accommodations and would return in a heartbeat. The property is beautiful from the glorious patio overlooking the sea to the comfortable furniture to the well supplied kitchen. The location was ideal, enabling us to take advantage of public transit for many many outings. One of the best holiday rentals we’ve experienced.

Amazing spot to visit Nice

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The photos do not do it justice - it’s better! The views are incredible, the location is perfect and quiet. Pam was amazing to deal with and gave us some good tips on how to get around. We loved staying here.

Really lovely property, quiet location, beautiful views. Need shutters or blinds on main room/kitchen area as room overheats. Distance to swimming areas challenging for older guests.

Happy you enjoyed the views and the location. It takes 10-15 minutes to arrive to the seafront. It sounds like you dit not use the daikin air conditioning system that can keep the dinning room area and bedrooms nice and cool. Shutters are not allowed due to the building restrictions. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view is incredible and the apartment is airy, clean and spacious! Grocery store and transit were less than 5 minute walk and local bus took about 10-15 minutes to get to Nice. Mme Demacon is fast to respond and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment and views were well worth the stairs.

Amazing Stay in Nice!

Location is everything and this place is anazing. The place is well equipped and the views are unbelievable. Close to grocery store and has a garage for your car. It does has a lot of stairs to get up to place, so pack light.

Truly the best vacation place we have ever stayed.

Everything about this place is perfect! The Location, cleanliness, space, amenities, the host Pam is fabulous! We did not want to leave after five days. Waking up to those views every day is incredible. One day we even cancelled plans and stayed at the property all day!

Beautiful property. Close enough to downtown for a nice walk but far enough to feel disconnected if desired. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

We can safely say that, having been staying in various places in Nice over the past 10 years, this apartment was by far the best place ever. Well-equipped, finely furnished, very well kept with excellent management support from Pam. And the view!

Pretty and relaxing

Beautiful scenery from this property. Great location, we walked to nice and cap ferrat, the coastal walk is stunning. Pam was great with check in, I did read about the stairs to get up to the property from the street level and that wasn’t a big deal. Prettier than the pictures in the ad

Spectacular views!

Fantastic views of the Mediterranean from the garden (filled with rosemary, lime and hibiscus). Everything you could ask for in the villa. Worth the stairs!

Stunning property and viiews!

We stayed for 5 nights in this stunningly beautiful property overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed. This property exceeded my expectations. Pam, our host, was very helpful and kind. We would stay again.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

Apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the views are outstanding. The apartment is a 45 minute walk from Vieux Nice, 5 minutes from a grocery store.

Amazing stay

Perfectly located on the edge of Nice for a bus ride in to town or east to Villefranche sur mer, walking paths to Mont Boron or along the coast. Very completely appointed with everything we could have asked for. Pam was available and very helpful. The daily farmers market in old Nice is not to be missed! Truly a fairy tale vacation.
