Bedroom 1 — Twin room with double beds
The first bedroom is a spacious room configured with two double beds, each dressed in crisp, fresh linen. The room benefits from warm atmospheric lighting, room-darkening blinds for undisturbed sleep, a wall-mounted Smart TV, wardrobe storage, and clothes hangers. It is an excellent option for two guests who each prefer their own bed, or for a parent and child sharing a room.

Bedroom 2 — Twin room with single and double bed
The second bedroom offers a flexible layout with one single bed and one double bed, making it well suited to families, friends of different ages, or a guest who simply prefers a smaller bed. Like the first room, it has its own Smart TV, wardrobe storage, clothes hangers, room-darkening blinds, and warm bedside lighting, giving every guest a private and comfortable space to retreat to at the end of the day.

Bathroom
The shared bathroom is clean and well maintained, featuring a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and natural light from a window. Essential toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, so there is no need to overpack.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick weekday breakfast to a proper home-cooked meal. Appliances include an oven, microwave, air fryer, stove, toaster, hot water kettle, fridge, freezer, and a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays. All the essentials are in place, including dishes, silverware, cooking basics, and wine glasses. • Pets are welcome (maximum 1 pet, free of charge)

• Check-out by 10:00
• Travel cot is available on request — guests must provide their own linen for the cot
• High chair is available on request


Booking Policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £100 prior to check in. This is fully refundable on the basis that no damage is caused or excess cleaning is required.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
