Great Stay !
We had a great stay !!! The room was clean and has basically all you need. Staffs were all nice and very accommodating. The place was well maintained and in a good location. I will surely recomment this.

The grease trap on the sink keeps overflowing. Only one key on the door was provided. No water from the hrs of 12midnight to 5 in the AM. We have to clean the overflowing water from the grease trap. Stinks. I would not have given it a star if it was not for the aircon.

Thank you for staying with us. Your 1 star rate is very disappointing and we deserved better.
1. Upon investigation, our on-site manager, Mr. Glenn San Luis reported us that the reason why the sink keeps on overflowing was because you keep on throwing your spoiled food in the sink. He always clean the grease trap during your stay to avoid clogging.
2. Mr. San Luis even offered you to transfer to our other unit for you to be more comfortable but you declined his offer.
3. Sorry for not giving you an extra key. Rest assured that we will produce an extra key for our clients next time if they need one.
4. Schedule of water supply is beyond our control. SMDC management is the one responsible for it.
5. Our cleaning lady did clean your room every 4 days just to make sure that everything is okay and in order.
6. When you reported a water spill on the floor, our staff immediately went to our unit to check, he found debris of the leftover food which was full inside the p-trap and that must be the caused of the water overflowing in the sink. That’s why our staff advised you to not throw the leftover food at the sink.
7. We also produced you Lysol for disinfectant and to lessen the foul smell.

2nd time staying at the Shore Residence
My second time vacationing at the Shore Residence in one of Grace’s condos. Glenn was helpful, again. I will definitely book again and recommend to my friends.

Staying at shoe residence is not a good experience . The unit has flies everywhere and the fire alarm goes off almost everyday and every night ..The lobby staff are very polite and respectful . They have a lot of securities walking around to keep the condominium safe . The locations is great , walking distance from MOA and couple of mini mart , Starbucks and several restaurant on the first floor outside the condo . The unit itself doesn’t have washer and dryer or phones , but they have laundry room outside the buildings .The pool area is fantastic , huge swimming pool and huge seating areas by the oool .It is the best swimming pool areas I’ve ever seen in my life . The positive thing about this condo , they keep the lobby , hallways surrounding areas very clean . I am not happy about my condo because of the bugs & flies ,not once I brought food inside my unit because of the flies .

I am very sorry about your not so positive experience. As you can see from our reviews, we have very satisfied clients. I am not sure what happened but had you contacted any of our staffs, we would have remedied the situation right away. I am glad that your overall experience was very pleasant... we just wish that we could have made you 100% happy.
