Relaxing Mountain Studio

Our mountain retreat studio welcomes you to the mountains of Colorado while still being close to everything Denver has to offer.

Studio layout with small side room.

No TV, sorry. Take time to enjoy a board game or book in this peaceful and relaxing setting!

The studio is only 15 - 20 minutes from many things including Red Rocks Amphitheater, Evergreen Lake, Conifer, Denver West, Golden, Chatfield reservoir and many hiking and biking trails. There is a trailhead for hiking and mountain biking just 1/2 mile down the road.

The studio is above our garage. We live in the home next to the garage and are usually available if you need anything.

Please, no smoking anywhere on the property.

Nice getaway

Nice, clean place with great big windows for viewing the surrounding area. Tucked up in the hills, but not too far away from town. Lots of nature to absorb. Had a herd of deer grazing outside our window in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. Property owners are nearby, which is great if there's an issue but, the unit is still private.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The location was great for all of the activities we had planned. The place was clean, updated and well maintained. The Nespresso machine was a great touch, too. The owners were extremely accommodating with clearing off the snow from the stairs and driveway for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute peaceful studio

We really enjoyed this peaceful little space in the mountains! The setting was beautiful, and the studio was wonderfully quiet and clean, with cute modern decor. The owners stocked the kitchen with Nespresso coffee, pizza, snacks, etc. for our use, which we greatly appreciated! They also quickly provided more towels as needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway plus close to Red Rocks!

This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway outside of a city. The hosts are very accommodating and great neighbors in this garage apartment. It’s perfect for a quick trip and Red Rocks concert. Definitely need a car but super easy to get around. There were two beds, full kitchen, and the hosts were responsive to anything I had a question about. There is some great hiking both in the neighborhood and around the area! Would come back next time!

Just right for our mountain retreat. Easy to get to Evergreen where the weekend event was held. So nice to be able to have a quiet, clean and comfy stay. Thank you to the owners.

Clean, cozy, beautiful retreat.

This space was perfect for my 14yr old son and I. I personally loved it since there isn't a TV and it encouraged us to interact with each other more. The space is open, crisp and clean. As we pulled up one of the members of the host family greeted us and gave us instructions that made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The space is equipped with everything you'd need at home...except your own groceries. But best of all was the location and view. On our way up the mountain to the rental we encountered Mule Deer up close and personal out for a graze and then after watching them for a period of time, drove a little further up the mountain and was greeted with a rainbow. Extra blessing added to a spectacular view/location in the mountains. I'd highly recommend taking the opportunity to stay here if possible.

Beautiful location

Everything was clean, welcoming, and just as we expected from the listing. Hosts included helpful notes on-site as well as a useful guidebook to the area. The neighborhood was beautiful and we had a lovely stay!

Anniversary weekend getaway in the foothills with concert at Red Tocks

Exceptional stay at a modern studio in the foothills. Clean, quiet retreat! Close to so much without the traffic of the city. Host/Hostess offered great suggestions for hikes/dining/concert experience. Highly recommend—have already done so to family. Would love to return. Thank you so much for offering the property!

Weekend at Red Rocks

This property was perfect for a quick trip to Colorado, specifically to visit Red Rocks and see a concert. Great location to lots of hiking, and a serene setting with lots of wildlife. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect getaway

The studio was clean and had everything we needed (and then some) for our short ski getaway. It had a well-appointed kitchen, and it was close to several small towns that we wanted to see. It was easy to access. The owners went above and beyond to make it a great experience for us. We highly recommend!

Relaxing getaway

This was my first time seeing snow and the location of this studio was absolutely perfect. The place was incredibly clean with all the amenities necessary to cook or stay in. The owners are amazing, very attentive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again once I’m ready for the weather.

Wonderful retreat

What a slice of heaven for a COVID escape! I went for 3 nights to change up work from home/mom from home life, and it didn’t disappoint. I would recommend bringing your own mifi or a hot spot if you need to do Zoom calls, or better yet, take the time off and just enjoy yourself.
