Perfect Ski and Lake Townhome

This perfect ski and lake vacation getaway is conveniently located in the lower elevation of Incline Village, NV. Within 2 miles from the beautifully groomed trails of Diamond Peak Ski Resort , Mt . Rose ski resort and also just 2 miles from Lake Tahoe's Sand Harbor.

This beautifully furnished, well appointed home, is a 3 story townhome built in 2018. There are 2 master suites and a loft with 4 bunk beds. Modern design.

Exterior security cameras are installed on the front and back of the homes exterior. No cameras are installed inside the home.

Great location!

Very nice, new property in Incline Village. Very well kept up. Good communication from the manager. Would stay here again!

Very clean and well stocked condo

The condo was very clean and just as pictured. It was well stocked with the essentials (TP, paper towels, towels and wash cloths) and had a good selection of spices, etc. The master bedroom was large and the bed was comfy! The upstairs TV area was great although we never used it. The condo was centrally located to Incline Village. Mary, the property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Convenient

Super close to all town restaurants and ski resorts. Cozy furnishings and plenty of space for everyone. A lot of extra’s provided like spices for cooking, paper towels, clothes detergent and shampoos.

Anniversary and relaxing getaway

Before arriving, I received a call from Mary, to let me know everything was ready . I was able to check in early. Great communication with Mary since the beginning. When we arrived the house was just as pictured. New building, beautiful kitchen and nice bathrooms. All nice pots and pans and silverware. We were able to cook everything. We had a couple of things that came up such as , a dirty bbq grill and the 3rd bedroom had some food crumbs under the sheets. Nothing we couldn’t clean/wash. We also had a lot of “hair” stick to our clothes and when I mentioned this to Mary, she assured me the house was ‘pet free’ . However we had significant “pet hair ” on our clothes and I was sneezing quite a bit. ( allergic to pets). Also the neighbors were super loud all days we were there . Their music and kids running. We felt like we were in a downstairs apartment and they were upstairs. However the last night was the worst, and I had to message Mary around 1 or 2 am. They did quite down soon after. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Thank Mary for being on top of everything.

Great property and service!

This new home was well furnished with all the amenities and in a great location. The property manager Mary was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our summer stay with family. The only thing we'd suggest be considered for an upgrade to the property would be the addition of an air conditioner for summer use. The 2nd and 3rd floors were hot in the summer weather even with the windows open and fans on. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, a great place and well worth it!
