The house was clean upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. It is in a great location. We were able to walk to the coffee shops and restaurants. Plenty of space to sleep and hangout for our group.

Perfect place for our girls trip

When we decided to visit Nashville for our annual girls trip, I went on a hunt to find the best place for our group of 8. And to our luck, we found it. The host was extremely responsive. Place was clean, had everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great weekend in Nashville!

House was exactly as advertised and felt very spacious inside, especially the common area. The location was perfect for easily hanging out in East Nashville and a quick trip into town to check out Broadway.

Getaway in Nashville

This house was perfect for our family of 4 to join with out-of- state family who was traveling with their infant baby and dog. The kitchen was really nice and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, but low to the ground.

Christmas in Nashville

The Modern Bohemian property was awesome. The location was very convenient and located close ti downtown Nashville. Due to the unfortunate bombing, we were unable to go to many of our planned venues but still had a great time. I will definitely stay here in our next visit to Nashville ❤

Great girlfriends retreat!

There were 6 of us meeting up from different states and we all wanted our own beds. This adorable house offered just that! The hostesses were friendly and accommodating when we needed to leave bags before heading to the airport. I would highly recommend staying in this comfortable and stylish home.

Will stay again!

We went for a girls weekend and the decor alone was to die for! The location was great for a quick Uber ride to downtown. We stayed in one night and just enjoyed being able to gather in a space where we didn’t feel squished. Everything was very clean and exactly as pictured. The mattresses were SUPER comfy, I slept like a rock. Overall wonderful experience, all the girls loved it !

Aunts and Nieces getaway

We were a group of seven with ages ranging from 30 all the way to 65. The house was great plenty of places to sleep. We were all very comfortable. The ease of walking distance to little coffee shops, and a taco restaurant. Getting an Lyft to Broadway was eight dollars very simple great neighborhood very quiet. The hosts were very very accommodating. It was a wonderful day, and we will be back again. ! Thanks so much

Great Christmas getaway!!

This was a fantastic property! We loved the decor, the location and the nice touch of a Christmas tree for our stay! You can tell the owners have gone to great lengths to make it feel like a home, not a hotel. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager contacted me just to check on us that everything was to our liking, she gave us a list of great places to eat and visit... one of the best experiences I've had using VRBO in terms of service. You can't beat the location either for access to downtown and East Nashville, and we loved the quiet street it's on. The only thing I would add to make it more comfortable is a new couch. We were only there three nights and we weren't hanging out at the house very much, so it was fine for us, but if we had stayed longer or been at the house more, a more comfortable couch would have made the house all the more pleasant. Regardless, the feel of the house was very pleasant and comfortable, and we will definitely stay there again when we come back to Nashville!

Very nice house and excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet area, comfy mattress, and close to Broadway. The best part is that it’s pet friendly with fenced back yard. We plan to stay here again.

Quick Stop

We just needed a place to crash for the night and booked last minute. The house was plenty large enough and had everything we needed for our quick stay. The house is in an older area with nearby homes being rehabbed. It's a quiet area though and we felt safe. We didn't stay long enough to know what was nearby other than the highway. The host was very kind and responsive considering our last minute stay. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Nashville.

Great place in a great neighborhood

It's a very nice place for a family get together. We drove to Nashville from Miami so needed a place that we can park our cars without the pricey charges. When we want to go into downtown, it's a short Uber/Lyft trip. The neighborhood is family-oriented with many good restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores are nearby. The house is very clean and well equipped with kitchen needs. All bedrooms are spacious. A couple of drawbacks: 1) There is no dining area indoor, only counter area with 4 stools, which is not enough space for a larger group. There is a dining set outdoor with 6 chairs if weather permits; and 2) the sofa in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
