Almost perfect!

The location and property were very nice. The owner was very attentive and friendly. My only disappointment was the kitchen. It is perfect if you plan on eating out all the time, but it is not sufficiently stocked for people who want to prepare meals there. More pots/pans/mixing bowls and basic ingredients (oil, spices etc) are needed!

Spacious...but Odd

While the house has a lot of space, the quality of the contents, the decore, the sheets and bedding were all off and low end. There is a hodge podge of furniture and decorations, with a plastic runner on the steps that was peeling away and had staples sticking out. Great proximity to the Strip, but the neighborhood was active and felt unsafe at times. Overall a disappointing stay given the cost, the description, etc.

Such a great place, and the owner was so very helpful, I suggest asking for towels and blankets ahead of time. Lots of sleeping locations, big house.

The Most Relaxed Housing Experience in LV!

For a 4 day trip in May I had a large gathering of over 10+ people and this rental house experience was so seamless and perfect. The communication with the owner was on point, if I ever needed anything she did her best to accommodate! The house was clean, very nicely furnished and all the rooms had enough space and beds to accommodate my party! The location of the house to the strip was fairly reasonable and ubers/lyfts arrived quickly. The neighbor hood was safe and quiet! The pool was clean and well kept. If I am ever planning to come to Vegas again, this will definitely be a top choice stay for me!

Great Family Gathering Spot

Property in very well- kept location. Close to mall, grocery store and drug stores as well as restaurants. There were only 3 televisions with limited channels and no sports. Cushions in dining room chairs were worn down. Washing machine was not spinning. Microwave and Oven were not clean when we arrived.
