Modern Bungalow Walk to UA, 4th Ave, Streetcar

Charming historic bungalow with modern conveniences.

Open floor plan so Dining/Kitchen/Living rooms all flow together. Each bedroom has it's own bath. Beautiful outdoor spaces-- front porch, back deck and patio and sparkling pool (pool is unheated generally swimmable mid May - mid Sept.)

Cook's kitchen has all the equipment you need to present a beautiful meal.

Perfect for 2 singles or 2 couples. Due to the pool and grown-up environment this is not a home that is appropriate for children.

All this in Tucson's best neighborhood. Walk to the University, and to all the shops/restaurants on 4th Avenue. Or jump on the Streetcar to head further downtown or to the Rio Nuevo area.

Tucson Bungalow

A classic bungalow in the heart of Tucson. We enjoyed staying there while on vacation. Comfortable home and convenient location. We loved having the deck and pool in the backyard. Thanks for the accommodations!

Gem & Mineral Show central

Great small house in an excellent location for the Gem & Mineral show and anything to do with UA. Two nice bedrooms and bathrooms with a very nice backyard pool.

Love this Place

Good convenient location. The house is great. Dealing with the owner was pleasant and efficient. I've had some recent bad dealings with VRBO and this stay helps redeem the situation.

Lovely, classy and comfortable

Very clean, well-appointed two-bed, two-bath home. Comfortable beds. The hosts thought of practically everything. We were comfy and relaxed and look forward to a return visit.

4th Ave. Gem

The house was well equpped to meet our needs. We loved sitting out on the front porch with our morning beverages. Even spotted a roadrunner walking through the front yard. The house location is perfect for walking to the 4th avenue shops. It is also equal distance between the national parks

Beautiful, calm spot close to town

We had a very relaxing and peaceful few days here. Enjoyed being able to walk to many places to eat, shop, and drink. House was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us.

Great home!

I really loved this little home! The beds were very comfortable. It was so clean! The sheets and towels smelled so good. ( can’t say that about every place I’ve rented). Kitchen well stocked. Couldn’t take advantage of the pool unfortunately at this time of year. Excellent location for the Gem and Mineral show.

Return Engagement

Simple Elegance

Modern bungalow is an apt description: the furnishings are simple and carefully chosen. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you’ll need to cook full meals. The back deck and pool area are heavenly. The whole works is well-cared for and lovingly cared for by John who is attentive and caring. We’d go back in a minute!

Great location, Great house!

Tastefully decorated bungalow, with fully stocked kitchen with high end cookware, dishware and utensils. House has character; beds comfortable, and a nice backyard area. Walked every day: 4th street shops and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again if/when returning to Tucson

Great Stay in Tucson

The property was in great condition. We loved the backyard, deck, and pool area. The location was perfect, near to campus and downtown, conveniently located near a streetcar station. Easy check-in and no issues. The property manager stopped by to introduce himself and to check if there was anything we needed, very friendly. We would stay here again the next time we're in Tucson!

One of our favorite vacation rentals

We three retirees enjoyed a fun and busy ten-day trip to Tucson based in this delightful bungalow. The location is terrific for many, many museums and other Tucson attractions, restaurants, antiquing and groceries. The front porch is a comfortable reading spot, back deck and pool area sunny and comfortable. The house is charming with bright/light bedrooms, each with an en-suite, spacious well-furnished kitchen with eating area, and a cozy living room. Check-in and -out is easy, host #1, we highly recommend.

Great place, great location!

Gorgeous Comfy Quiet Walkable

I went w 2 friends (a couple) to visit Tucson and meet up with family living there. This house is absolutely charming. The kitchen is big and has all the gadgets. The beds are new and luxurious. The living, dining and kitchen are all in one big room which was perfect for us to cook and chat and play board games. Perfect location. We strolled 4th Ave and walked around the University. We walked to the fun restaurants downtown (Hotel Congress, Maynard’s …). Too cold to use the pool but it’s pretty to sit on the back deck- and the front porch is lovely too. As they say. It was all good!
