This was such a terrible spot to stay. There was not bunk beds like the photos had which was disappointing for the children. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The linens were stiff and itchy. It was so loud and unpleasant... There was loud foot steps from the apartment above that went on all though the night. Also you could hear mice running around the apartment all thru the night which just made it all that much worse. We stayed here to get over our jet lag and to be able to sleep and relax. When we arrived you would think it was a quiet area. Come 11pm people started to flood the surrounding streets and till about 7;30 am there was pounding bass music and so much cigarette smoke that your eyes were watering from sitting in the apartment. My little one got very sick from the whole experience and we had to leave early becasue it was such a nightmare. I would not stay here if you have a family and espically if you are trying to sleep at night.

OK apartment

This apartment was fine. It's in Porto's equivalent of Soho though so be aware - there are nightclubs nearby including strip clubs so on the nights we stayed, Thurs - Sat, it was very, VERY noisy with shouting and singing from people outside. Fine if you're involved in that but we weren't. There's no WiFi. There are a couple of nails that are sticking out of the wooden floors so you need to be careful of those. This is on the top floor of three floors so be mindful of that if you can't climb stairs easily. Communication with host could have been slightly faster.

1 nuit à Porto

Entourage très bruyant que ce soit dans l’immeuble ou dans la rue. La propriété de l’appartement reste à désirer. L’appartement est bien situé.

Horrível

A estadia não foi exatamente nenhuma. Depois de estar 1:30h a tentar contactar o host à porta do apartamento finalmente atendeu e deu os códigos de acesso. Depois de entrarmos no apartamento percebemos que o mesmo já se encontrava ocupado, com malas e pertences de outros. Voltamos a tentar contactar, após bastantes tentativas diz que não tem nada a ver com o assunto, que a culpa seria da plataforma e nós é que teríamos de resolver a situação. Contactamos o apoio ao cliente e dizem que o host tinha realmente aceite a reserva, voltamos a tentar contactar para perceber mas esta já nem as chamadas atendeu. Não deu qualquer suporte para resolver a situação que criou. Resumindo, ficamos completamente desamparados na passagem de ano, sem ter para onde ir e sem esta pessoa (host) ter o mínimo de cuidado em ajudar na situação que causou. Péssimo! Para além do pouco que percebemos do apartamento parecer muito mas condições e ter um cheiro mau, a falta de humanidade por parte do host, depois do que fez, é uma vergonha. Neste momento, aguardamos o reembolso por parte do apoio ao cliente visto que o host nem atendeu para pedirmos para cancelar a reserva e comprovar a situação.

Convenable

Appartement idéalement situé pour les visites du centre de Porto mais impossible de dormir correctement de 23h à 4h du matin car de nombreux bars de nuit et discothèque car bruyant. De plus, nous avons loué cet appartement pour 5 personnes mais le canapé lit est en très mauvais état donc inutilisable d'un côté. Manque d'équipements fourchettes, chaises qui tiennent debout.. Idéal pour des jeunes qui veulent profiter de la vie nocturne à Porto

Hôte absent, service client également

L’hôte n’a jamais répondu le jour venu ni même les jours précédents.. paiement effectué pourtant 6mois avant, une honte, cette personne ne doit même pas être référencée sur des sites de réservation qui sont censés être fiables. Bilan du séjour, +200€ pour 4nuits et une journée à attendre dans la rue avec des enfants de 6 et 3 ans. Ne parlons même pas du service client Abritel, entre ceux qui nous rient au nez avant de raccrocher et ceux qui raccrochent dès qu’on exprime notre mécontentement. Nous avons passé une vingtaine d’appels + nombreux échanges de mail.. nous attendons toujours qu’abritel rembourse les frais engagés sinon nous serons obligés d’engager des poursuites.
