Cliff side beauty

We had a great stay at this cliff and beach side location! wonderful views sitting on the patio. Easy walks to three close beaches, including wave beach and snorkel beach. Pool just over the hill. Hard to come back to reality after our great vacation. We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect!!

We had the most amazing stay here. It is just perfect in every way. The views are incredible, the home is spotless and fully stocked with everything you could need, and the location is awesome! Rick is a fantastic host and responds immediately with any questions or requests. We cannot wait to come back!! Our favorite VRBO ever!

One of my favorites

Mum is the word on this condo!! Don't want my secret getaway getting popular. This is my favorite condo to stay in while in Kapalua. Excellent location and just beautiful inside. We have stayed here several times and have loved every visit. Prime spot for whale watching and hiking on the trails. The view is spectacular and my favorite place to just sit outside and relax. The condo is spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for.

Hawaiian perfection

We were here celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this property was everything and more than we could have hoped for. Being on the first floor, it has two lovely patios (one covered), and a beautiful grassy lawn overlooking the ocean and crashing waves, and only a few moments walk to a beautiful, uncrowned beach. The villa is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even toys for little ones. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful villa. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent property

We have never rented a VRBO and so we were a bit nervous. I have heard some horror stories. The experience far exceeded our expectation. The property was lovely and the location is perfection. Everything we could have needed was in the house as far as kitchen supplies, bedding and activities. I would give this a higher rating if I could. We had the best time and I would recommend this property to anyone!

Oceanfront Dream

This Bay Villa's location is one of the best in the development. We felt like we were almost IN the ocean! We could see and hear the crash of the surf and see the whales breaching from our lanai. The unit is nicely decorated and well-stocked. All bathrooms are very spacious. One upgrade the owners might consider is new mattresses. I have stayed many places on Maui over my 40 years of visiting the island. This unit is my favorite!

Fabulous View in Beautiful Upscale Unit

We just spent two weeks in Amy's wonderful home. Amy was delightful to work with and they obviously care about their property....this is not a typical rental! Lovely furnishings and the view is the best in Kapalua Bay Villas.....up on a knoll with spectacular crashing waves in both directions! The new beds were so comfortable.....very clean unit and Quam property managers were right there if we needed anything. If there is anything that can be a negative it is the proximity to the pool and noise if children are playing. On the days when the kids went to the beach it was total bliss and serenity! My solution is to book outside of Easter vacation and Spring break in the future.......then we don't have to share this heaven! Another solution and appealing possibility is that the Spa at Montage offers a week pass to use their adults only serenity pool. It too is gorgeous and a short walk away! We are booking again next year and possibly 2018 just to get the exact dates we want! Thank you Amy for this wonderful property!

Amazing Oceanfront Views

We had a fantastic time at this property in Kapalua! The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better—so close to everything we needed. The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was also fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, and all the ocean gear you could want. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We’ll definitely be coming back!

50th Anniversary celebration

Stayed here 3 years ago. Loved it so much we decided then that we would come back for our 50th Anniversary. Missed being able to visit Lahaina this time but had wonderful dinners at the great restaurants - Merriman was the crowning touch. Will definitely be back.

Heaven on Earth

This wonderful villa is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. Rick Alo and his family have gone out of their way to furnish their villa with every amenity one could think of. Mahalo to them for being such great owners. Lastly, if there is a more beautiful place in all the world, I’m sure I don’t know where it is.

Great Family Stay

I can't say enough wonderful things about the unit. It was clean, fully stocked and the location next to the pool/grills was ideal. Truly a vacation of our dreams. We spent countless hours outside watching the waves and when we wanted to walk to the beach, it was a 3 minute walk. Private/quiet, but close to all the amenities we enjoy in Kapalua. Everything about this stay was easy and we would love to return!

Perfect Place-Perfect View

This is our third time staying in the villa. The location, view, amenities, everything is perfect. It feels so special from the time you walk in. This round we only left for the pool, ocean or dinner. Otherwise we were on one of the patios taking in the view. So comfortable, quiet, gorgeous. We always reflect on how blessed we are when we stay here and hate to leave.

Best Location!!!

This is our 4th time staying at Kapalua Bay Villas….This unit is the best location!!!! It had everything we needed…beds were comfy (a little updating in decor would be nice) But we will happily stay again!!!
