Guest access
Guests have their own apartment with private entrance, bath and half kitchen. Common area in basement has washer and drier. All other doors in the basement lead to private areas.

Other things to note
We do have small children that live in the home above the apartment. While we do our best to keep them quiet, you may hear an occasional outburst.

There is another tenant who lives in the 2nd apartment in the basement. The tenant has access to the common area and shared washer dryer.
