Enjoy peace and luxury in this modern home overlooking the Tennessee River (Lake Chickamauga section). This thoughtfully equipped space has absolutely everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and gaze upon gorgeous sunset views.
Water access: Please note, there is a residential boat ramp at the end of the cul de sac for resident owners ONLY (please do not use). You have two different access options to the water.

Goodfield Public Boat Ramp - 6299 Cottonport Rd, Decatur TN 37322 (2 miles from property).
