The basement is also equipped with a treadmill and sitting area. Grill and chill, take a walk to the neighborhood park, have a nap in a quiet space. Easy to get to I-680 and connect quickly to anywhere in Omaha.

This delightful house offers 2 bedrooms with a cozy queen and full bed setup. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. The downstair rec room provides extra space with 2 twin air mattress beds for added comfort. In the basement you will find a 3 in 1 pack and play (crib/mattress, changing, mobile) high chair, booster seat, toddler potty seat, splash mat, and baby bath for any children basic needs.

I grew up around Lincoln and left for college to Kansas City and south Florida. I ended up back in Omaha and after a number of years renting rooms I finally bought the house! Then; I met Todd and decided to move into his house and we preferred the idea of renting the house as a short term stay so we could have a place to stay when we visit Omaha and for our families. I have traveled solo many many places and know how big of a piece the place you stay plays a role in the vacation. I hope people will enjoy the house as much as I did over the years!

I lived in the neighborhood for 4 years, it was my first house. I love the open space in the back and that the neighborhood has some character.

When I moved into the house I had absolutely no furnishings at all. Every thing in there I chose for the house and to create a relaxing and warming space to be in while home. I love opening the windows and absorbing the vibes the color schemes creates.
