This ocean view condo is great for couples, singles and business travelers. It is right on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, sporting sites, and much more. It has fresh paint throughout and new TV's in the living room and bedroom and an amazing ocean view from your private balcony, The bedroom has a new king sized bed that sleeps like a dream. The bath is all tile and has a great garden tub as well. The modern kitchen makes for quick meals and entertaining. Come and relax a bit!

The unit is located on the 10th floor and has an a private bedroom and balcony with an amazing ocean view. It is approximately 505 sq. ft. in size. There is parking available in the parking deck directly across Ocean Boulevard from the building. There are two pools and two hot tubs. One pool and one hot tub inside and one pool and hot tub outside. The building is oceanfront with beach accesses are on both sides of the building and there is a nice yard for sitting in the sun.

You will have access to the entire unit and all of the common areas of the property.

Parking is available right across the street in our parking deck and one space is included with your stay. Additional parking is available in the city lot next to the parking deck and on the street. The city parking is metered and there are daily rates to park there. If you have additional cars please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to make arrangements for additional permits for you. Trailers are not permitted on property or in the parking deck. There is limited high profile vehicle parking on the first level of the parking deck on a first come first served basis.
