Recently completely remodeled, the spacious 460 square foot Airy Studio is light and bright and welcoming. The double door entrance from the driveway opens to a room graced by four large windows, a King bed, a full kitchen (dishwasher, sink, refrigerator drawer, freezer drawer, microwave, double cooktop, pots, pans, glasses, plates, utensils), a dining table and a full modern bathroom. Enjoy a 65 inch Samsung Frame tv in two swivel armchairs, while looking out the windows at old growth Live Oak trees.
The Airy Studio is a lock-off Mother-in-Law suite to the adjacent 4 bedroom home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is centrally located in a beautiful area of Baton Rouge, off of iconic Highland Rd., near LSU, plantations, schools, parks, hospitals, restaurants, stores and entertainment.
