We sincerely apologize that you encountered a hair in the shower, as this falls below the standard we hold ourselves to, and we will address this with our cleaning team immediately. Regarding the entry door, we understand your concern, however we would like to clarify that the lock is intentionally designed so that the door cannot be opened from the outside without a key — even when not manually deadbolted. Your security at all times was fully ensured. We are sorry to hear the mattress was not to your comfort. We do want to mention that it is considered one of the higher quality mattresses available locally here in Albania, and we are sorry it did not meet your personal preference. As for the towels, we provided one towel per guest as is standard practice for self-catering accommodations at this price point. For guests expecting daily housekeeping, fresh towels each day, and additional amenities, a full-service hotel would be better suited to those needs.
