Nice apartment in a great neighborhood!
The apartment is located in a very nice area close to all the attractions within a 5-10 min walk. The apartment is very spacious with nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
We did experience some issues during our stay. Entry into the apartment was confusing. They send you instructions to download an app which you use to gain access, but it didn’t work for us. After sitting outside with our luggage we called the management office and they provided remote access. Then, the stove didn’t work for us and we couldn’t make breakfast. They quickly fixed it, but again we had to call the management office. Then the hot water was brown (yuck) and only one person could shower without the hot water running out. Again, we called the management office and they quickly responded. Also, the apartment neighbors were very noisy. We could hear the upstairs neighbors moving and side neighbors making lots of noise.
The upside is that the management company was very responsive and employees were very nice and accommodating allowing us a one hour early check-in and one hour later check-out.
Overall, the stay was pleasant once we got over the issues.
