Puerto Rico is a true gem, a true paradise in so many ways.
From the amazing rainforests, the landscapes and white sandy beaches, and the joy that was communicated to us in every interaction that we had, truly this is paradise.

My name is Alma Bair and I am the founder and the owner of Paradise Villas and Vacations.

What we aim to do is to offer our visitors and our guests an amazing stay in a well designed fully equipped villa, that will make them feel like they're in their own home, but with the flavor of the local place, they are in.

At the same time, they have the same attention that they might get in a resort or in a hotel because we offer 24/7 hospitality. And the Villas that we have are in amazing residential communities, in luxury resorts right on the beach.

We have villas from one-bedroom villas all the way up to 6 bedroom villas, so we can accommodate a young couple all the way up to a large family.

… and we love connecting with our guests,and we love making connections for our guests so that they have an authentic and unique experience when they come to Paradise Villas and vacations.


What we really love about what we do is sharing that joy and experience of discovering Puerto Rico every single time we host a new guest.

Dorado is centrally located on the Island. It is 18 miles from San Juan airport with easy access. Also you can take day trips to every corner of the Island in this location. The beach in front of our home is white sand and very calm- perfect for our kids. The location of Dorado is the best in terms of weather since it has the protection of the rain forest and not as rainy as some parts in the South.

The Ritz purchased the old Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort and upgraded it to a 5 star luxury property- this has attracted amazing restaurants and activities in the area. The Ritz has created a nature reserve on the property and developed an amazing waterpark, fitness center and upgraded the championship golf courses located minutes away from our home. Many of the resort amenities are available to our guests, including the spa, restaurants, golf, water sports and more!
