The Palms retreat

It was a great house with a great pool. The home was tidy and well stocked, close to shops and the beach. We will stay there again.

Wonderful beach holiday…

We had a great time at The Palms, great property with multiple living zones and bedroom zones, plenty of space to spread out. Pool was fantastic, the kids had a great time, and plenty of shade or sun to relax outside. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely time away with best friends

I have stayed at property once before. Recommend due to accomodation, facilities, location, pool, gardens and ease of booking. Will definitely book again. Everyone loved the home.

We have stayed at this beautiful house before and truly cannot say enough good things about it!

10 out of 10 experience the house is just perfect. They have literally thought of everything for everybody boardgames the pool is incredible so many great little spaces that you can just sit and enjoy the serenity the kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are super comfortable. We already can’t wait to stay again and are looking at availability for next year!

Absolutely fantastic holiday

We stayed a week and had the most relaxing, wonderful holiday. The boys loved the pool and the fact it was heated meant the weather didn’t matter. Just a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We would love to come back again!

Paradise!!

This property is incredible. Gorgeous views from every room. Very spacious and plenty of rooms to escape to. We cooked fabulous meals during our stay the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The landscaping is lush and beautiful. We were able to walk to the charming downtown area filled with shops, coffee and breakfast places and wonderful restaurants. Coukd not have been more pleased with this property. Highly recommend. It’s more beautiful in person .

The Palms Mt Martha

Homely, spacious and so comfortable in many ways. Pool and surrounds excellent. We loved out door eating area, puzzles & other family activities, kitchen for meal preparation and proximity to beach, board walks and surrounds. And having our Labrador with us ! Many happy memories. Thank you

Best Weekend Getaway

Our weekend getaway was very much enjoyable especially our stay in the Palms Holiday House. Everything that you'll need is available and communication with Tracy and Dennis was smooth. The kids enjoyed the pool so much and the adults pretty much have a relaxing weekend. Thank you Tracy and Dennis for sharing your lovely home with us.

Didn’t Want To Go Home

We had such a great experience staying here. The pictures didn’t do it justice - such a lovely, clean, huge, quality home. Everyone absolutely loved it, especially the pool! Dennis was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble! We’d definitely stay again!

Your hosts are Tracy & Salty! We love our Mt Martha coastal getaway, and take pride in maintaining everything to a high standard.

It's one hour from Melbourne, yet you could be 5 hours away! Private 1000sqm block with lots of mature palm trees. Looks out over the Bay. We can walk to the Village for coffee/wine and to South Beach - all in about 10 minutes. Oh yes, and a fabulous house with space for everyone.

Space for adults, kids and/or couples each with their own areas/bathrooms. Two living areas set up for entertainment means you have room to move, and plenty of room for fun. The deck overlooking the pool/Port Phillip Bay is a must for those warm BBQ nights, or cosy round the open fire in winter.
