The main living zone is designed with an open flow split across levels, with the kitchen positioned centrally within the home and the lounge and dining areas set toward the front. High ceilings and large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, while a sliding door opens onto a full-length balcony that captures mountain views and fresh alpine air. The layout makes it easy to move between cooking, dining and relaxing, whether staying in for a quiet night or entertaining after a day outdoors.

The three bedrooms are positioned toward the rear of the property, providing separation from the main living spaces. The configuration includes:
