Freshly decorated in 2024, we offer 2 bedrooms with queen custom-built beds. A luxury mattress, for your comfort and hopefully sweet dreams. Both rooms have walk-in closets to store luggage as well as shelves & hanging space. The main bedroom is 18' with a seating area overlooking Midland. A dedicated workspace in a common area. A 19' sunroom equipped with a 43-inch smart TV has various seating to relax or play the electric keyboard provided for your entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless convection oven, microwave, and induction stove & refrigerator as well as various ways to grind and brew your coffee is available. The kitchen is ready to use. The kitchen is stocked with many vintage crystal serving dishes and china in the dining room. Not dishwasher safe but you are welcome to use it if you desire.
Stairs are necessary for the 2nd-floor private 6-room apartment. The entire apartment is yours. Free parking, possibly an area to park a small boat or sea doo. Contact for details.
The patio and privacy fenced area is for guest use. The pool is open many days but there is upgrades and maintenance, so the pool is not listed as an amenity scheduled to open and possibly available, NOT listed so it is a bonus if you have access.
The owner is on-site and available if needed, while respecting your privacy. I want guests to have the best experience possible. I enjoy conversations with guests. I also respect that guests simply want to enjoy the space and privacy my listing offers.

It is less than 5 minutes away from restaurants, the city center, bars, shops, cafes, a park, museums, a beach, and a Cruise Ship tour. Discounts for a cruise on The Georgian Spirit, which is only minutes to the harbor, the gateway to Georgian Bay's 30 Thousand Islands. Enjoy the sights from the water aboard the cruise ship Georgian Spirit. Reservations can be made at a discount for the 3-hour sightseeing tour. Trails for bike rides are popular, and we do offer an area on the outside fenced backyard where you can lock your bikes. We are not responsible. It is MID-Midland, and don't be surprised to hear traffic passing by and the occasional siren.
