Cape Coral villa’s

Dear Jürgen and Peaches, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for over a month. We enjoyed every minute and every aspect of our stay. Special thanks, Peaches, for the beautiful Christmas decorations in and around the house. The house itself felt like a real home to us. The layout and the decoration of the house made sure that we, together with our friends, had a perfect vacation. Not only the house, but also the location on the lake, the pool (wonderfully heated to 91F / 32C), the deck on the water, the BBQ and of course the great fire pit in the garden where we spent many happy hours in the evening, made this one of the best vacations ever in Florida. The contact we had with you was very pleasant. You always respected our privacy, but you were there when needed (which was rarely) and our toast to the new year will always stay with us as a fond memory. We would love to come back here again.

Whe had a perfect stay in this beautiful house Alani. Clean, luxurious, complete, quiet, the house has it all!! We had a good communication with the owner and he reacted very quick. This is one of the best houses we stayed in in Cape Coral.

Beautiful house in a beautiful and quiet street. This is not a standard rental house, but a real residential home. The smart layout of the house and the high-quality furnishings ensure that you will lack nothing. The pool heating worked perfectly and provided wonderfully warm water even in the winter month. The photos and description on VRBO.com are accurate. Contact with the owner and the manager was friendly and easy.

We hebben 11 nachten met een gezin van 6 verbleven en de villa is compleet uitgerust en zeer verzorgd. Contact en betaling gaat vlot. Aanrader voor elk gezin! Wij zouden zo weer boeken. Heerlijk zwembad, bedden en sanitair enz enz.... :) Het enige minpuntje wat wij konden vinden is de verduistering in de slaapkamers. Kortom een top villa!!! Fam vd vlies Netherlands
