Terwijl u in uw unit verblijft, heeft u de keuze tussen 2 slaapkamers. Een master met een kingsize bed op het water met toegang tot het balkon en een gast met een queensize bed. In de hal is er een bed op wieltjes voor 2 personen, evenals een slaapbank. Dit is een 20e verdieping unit met een geweldig uitzicht op de Golf. Bekijk een van de 3 flatscreen-tv's in de flat, allemaal met dvd-spelers. De keuken is uitgerust met granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Er is ook snel draadloos internet beschikbaar.

Ontspan op de balkontafel en -stoelen, zonnebaad uzelf in de buitenlounge, luister naar de branding, drink een glas wijn en staar naar gouden zonsondergangen boven de Golf van Mexico.

: Woning beschikt over twee zwembaden, twee bubbelbaden, tiki-bars op het terrein, eten en winkelen op het terrein, fitnessruimte, kinderpool, koffie- en ijssalon, zakencentrum, vergaderruimte, overdekte parkeerplaats, WiFi-hotspots.

Vanuit ons luxe appartement kun je direct naar ons ongerepte, sneeuwwitte strand lopen. Ga liggen en zwem in het kristalheldere smaragdgroene water van de golf.

Voorzieningen zijn er in overvloed van eindeloze stukken suiker witte zandstranden tot grote tropisch geïnspireerde zwembaden (een is verwarmd), een kinderzwembad, jacuzzi's en een fitnesscentrum ..

Vlieg direct naar Panama City of in de buurt van Pensacola. Of spring in je auto en ben hier binnen vijf en een half uur vanuit Atlanta of Birmingham, vier en een half uur vanuit New Orleans en acht uur vanuit Tennessee.

We stay at Grand Panama every year around Thanksgiving and love the location and the property. This year we were disappointed in the condition of the rental. Overall the view is spectacular from the 20th floor but the unit was very dirty upon our arrival. It did not appear that the floors or bathroom had been cleaned. A dip can and spit was located in the guest bedroom, floors and furniture had quite a bit of dust and dander and bathrooms were dirty. There is mold in the bathroom showers, garbage cans had dried substances all inside of them (had not been even rinsed or wiped down). In addition several light bulbs were out (one in master bedroom, all hall Way lights/entry lights, bunk area, & light in the kitchen were out. I contacted the host through the app and was told that lights would be delivered but they never arrived. Kitchen is not adequately stocked with cookware and the dishwasher had to be run multiple times to release the soap/pods. Overall we were disappointed in the condition of the unit. Renters pay a fee for cleaning, but it does not appear that the unit is cleaned at all. Living room furniture is is poor condition and VERY uncomfortable. Really needs to be replaced. The guest bed is AMAZING and seems it has been replaced recently. Overall we made the best of it. If you can get past the uncleanlinesses the unit is fine for a short getaway. It is not ideal for a long stay. It’s unfortunate because the property is lovely and this unit has such potential.

Family Condo Vacation Review

Overall, the condo could use some upgrades. The furniture and beds were not comfortable at all, the TVs didn't operate properly, and the lighting was adequate, as well as quite a few lights not even working. This condo could definitely use a decent remodel to ensure the comfort of its customers moving forward.

The rental was in a great location, with an awesome view. However as far as the unit itself, the television located in the living room was limited to one Chanel (chanel 43) I changed the batteries in the remote, but it still didnt work. Light fixtures had either missing bulbs or bulbs that didn't work. The tubs, showers, and sinks had loose hair. I do understand that there would be (some) sand inside the unit, but sand was found on furniture, footstool, couch, and bed slider. I felt like it was necessary to clean prior to unpacking. While sweeping and wiping countertops I discovered mildew on the shower curtain in the guest bathroom and on the patio drapes. Also, under the bed in master bed room, is a lot of dust/dirt and pistachio shells. A few of the dishes in the cabinet didn't appear to have been clean, but put up dirty. I do

Not only was there black mold in the unit but when you check in, the sink is being held up by a tea pitcher and rags… doesn’t give a good impression. I messaged the property manager but they didn't communicate with me. I feel even more unsafe when I come back to the condo after dinner and see that someone has been in our condo without any communication and left a bag of wet toilet paper on the counter. Not only was there no communication about them wanting to enter the condo but when I messaged them all they said was “It won’t happen again”. It should have never happened in the first place!! This isn't a hotel. Cleaning/maintenance shouldn’t come in whenever and definitely not without communication. We have small kids and this made us feel even more unsafe. I would never rent this place again. Worst experience we have ever had. After talking with some other couples that were staying in the same building, it is rented out by different companies and Emerald Coast Destinations is one I would stay away from! Apparently, we weren't the only ones with this same issue!!

Amazing room. The check-in process is simple; just make sure you read the directions on your check-in email. The security was fantastic. They are patient and extremely helpful. I can not say enough about them. Remember to watch where you park; they do enforce towing. Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The in house bar is amazing. The whole place was pretty clean for the most part, we did have to clean our room when we first arrived. The only real complaint I have is the elevators take forever.

You need a Kuerig! Also, I got a warning on my car that was parked in the garage. I had registered my car the unit has beautiful views. I have stayed at Grand Panama before and will again.

Great location

We have stayed at GP several winters. This unit was listed as “luxurious”. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Great location. Great view. Budget furniture inside and outside. The sofa is worn out and should have been replaced several years ago. The stove is duct taped together. The oven set off smoke alarm while preheating. Never used the nasty thing again since we eat out anyway. But heating biscuits for breakfast would have been nice. The master bed has pieces falling out if the frame. The living area ceiling fan/light don’t work. When I pulled in the chain I was afraid it would fall out if the ceiling. The guest room lamp was in the back of the closet broken. A vacuum would be nice since it was our job to clean the nasty floors when we arrived. I’m not sure they’ve ever been properly mopped. Do not wear white socks! Really we enjoyed the location, the view and after we cleaned everything was fine. I know not everyone expects what I do. But you certainly know this furniture is very very far from luxurious! And sleeps 8? Where would you sit? On the worn out sofa and one old chair. We might return to GP because we love that area of the beach, but we certainly wouldn’t consider this duct taped worn out condo. Check in I waited for the rudest jerk to get off his “15 minute break” and yes those were his words when I knocked on the door. I could see the envelope with my name. I just needed the jerk to hand it to me. How he has a job is beyond comprehension.

Hoodie weather end of Dec but heated pool & hot tub a plus. Dog-Friendly, roomy, 2-bedroom & well equipped. Parking is across the street in a parking garage with a skywalk on the 5th floor to Tower 1. Tower 1 is directly on the beach. Tower 2 is across the road w/parking garage. Elevator handy, along with garmet carts for unloading supplies. Very nice vacation spot!

We always enjoy the beach!

Our group only had 3 of us this year. We love coming to the beach no matter where we go. The Grand Panama was where we got married in 2020. We did not stay here then but our venue was here. Beautiful beach, location is perfect. Short drive to any main attractions like St Andrews Park, Captain Andersons deep sea fishing, Gulf World, Pier Park were a few we visited. The only small complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. It needed a good clean all the way through. I would have given 5 stars if it were cleaned better. We had a great time regardless.

Great Location

This is a great location centrally located to everything. Cleanliness was not the greatest. The floors were very dirty and there was trash in the corner of the living room. The kitchen is very poorly stocked and the refrigerator was missing a shelf. I don’t expect a gourmet kitchen but 2 skillets and not even a spatula is a bit subpar. The door would not lock from the inside, so we kept the hotel lock on the entire time and would text each other to get in. The check in process was confusing. I got a text that said just go check if the condo is ready and clean. We did that, but no parking passes or resort bracelets were in the condo. Eventually figured out we had to go across the street to check in. I prepaid online for parking and upon checkin was told that the payment didn’t go through. Luckily, I had my receipt or I’m sure I would have been charged again. We had a great time at the beach and pool but we will not stay in this condo again.

It’s ok.....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night. It took me nearly 45 mins to find a luggage cart. I was not expecting that since it was after the “rush.” There are just not enough carts. The parking garage is not big enough to park everyone staying at Grand Panama. I had to park in a back overflow lot which is very inconvenient especially since I paid an additional fee to park. Plan on log wait times for the 3 elevators it has as well. All 4 beds still had sand in them when we arrived. The kitchen is minimally stocked. You will want to bring things with you if you’re baking/cooking. Locks on bedrooms and bathrooms do not work properly. There was a broom that has seen its lasts days but no dust pan. We still had a great time despite all of those issues. The Condo itself is fine and functional, but I would expect more for the price. At least have things that work properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at grand Panama resort. It’s a beautiful condo in a perfect location. We loved being right on the beach, the tiki bar the pool. We had enough space for our whole family and our 2 service dogs. Some things that could be improved on... there wasn’t a proper broom or vacuum to clean up sand. The floors were dirty and sandy when we got there. There were some things we needed in the kitchen that weren’t available including a pizza cutter and a liquid measuring cup. They also shut the pool down several times mid day because they said a storm was coming. It would be closed for hours and there was no storm so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed the stay!

Family vacation

We had a nice time staying here. The view is awesome and the condo is nice. The only problem we had was it wasn’t that clean and smelled like urine. There was no vacuum just a small broom and the floor was already dirty to begin with. There was also someone’s dried contact on our sink when we got there. Nice condo just needs better cleaners.
