Lovely villa, and we would definitely stay again.There were a few small areas that could be improved that would have resulted in a 5 star review1) The pool was dirty and was not cleaned until 3 days before we returned home2) There were no cushions or parasols for the outdoor furniture 3) it would have been nice if the villa had been aired through for a few days before we arrived

We had the most incredible week staying here. The Villa is beautiful with so much space for two families to be sharing (4 adults & 4 children).The photos also don’t do the villa or the views justice & we cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Julie was great both before, during and after our stay, we will be back!

Fantastic Villa

Our family spent 11 nights at the villa and we had a great holiday. The villa is very spacious and has everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing, set in a nice garden with a great view overlooking the golf course.

The whole experience from booking, accommodation and assistance when we needed to set the air conditioning was excellent. Our group’s ages ranged from 21 to 79 years and the facilities suited all of us. The only concern we had were some damp patches in the Villa. But this didn’t cause us problems. We know the area really well, but would suggest an information binder to help visitors new to the experience and the area. All of us would recommend the Villa, and consider it suitable to revisit in the future.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely modern villa overlooking the Boavista Golf course, beautiful views. We really felt like we had everything there as a family to feel right at home in the villa. Great outside space and lovely and spacious inside as well. We had a lovely time visiting Lagos and Praia da Luz very near to the resort. We look forward to returning!

Excellent week in Lagos

great house and surroundings, Lagos is a wonderful little town, house is very clean and spacious, with great views on the golf course. The pool was a bit cold for us, but that's because of the wind in Portugal probably. Very recommended!

Family holiday

Lovely house. Well appointed. Great location and views. Close to great facilities. Only slight negative is that it would of been nice to of had the option to have the pool heated. We would of been happy to pay more for this. Also a basic welcome pack would of been lovely as we arrived late on a Sunday evening.

Family vacation

This property is beautiful and very central and the grounds are beautifully maintained and private. You do you need a car to get around and there’s so much to see so close? The villa has been tastefully decorated The living room is starting to look a little tired, but I’m sure it goes through a lot of wear and tear. My only complaint would be the beds are extremely firm and the barbeque has rusted, and we would’ve liked to have barbecued other than that I would highly recommend this villa. My family truly enjoyed themselves.

Lovely house and location

Easy drive or taxi ride to Luz and Lagos and easy access to A22 to get from the airport and travel further afield. Lovely villa with everything you need. Only improvement would be some more information on what is available. Had to ask at the spa and pro shop to find out all that was on offer. 10 euro golf lessons for the kids as part of a kids club was a great find. Pool was great and lovely view over the golf course, although some weird decking over the end of the pool. Plenty of Sun loungers and good bbq and outdoor dining area.

Villa 101 Boavista

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa 101 on the Boavista Golf Estate. The house would accomodate up to 8 people. The pool and terrace with outdoor Barbecue gives a lot of privacy. Beautiful plants and different singing birds in the manicured garden is what we liked a lot. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated. You can play golf, go hiking or biking. Sandy beaches and good Restaurants are only a short drive away but we advice to rent a car to go around. The club house in Boavista serves good food too. Staff is very attentive and polite. Great Pool, nice location.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now, the last pre-Covid. It’s very nice. Julie is a good host & helped us before & during our stay. The pool area is lovely & the garden landscaping beautiful. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are spacious, although the mattresses in the master & 2nd bedroom were uncomfortable. The shower room is the 2nd bedroom is small. We were unfortunate that the aircon wasn’t working in the bedrooms during our stay & was unable to be fixed until after we left. This meant some uncomfortable nights which was a disappointment. Nonetheless we had a good stay & are very fond of the Boavista Resort area.

Great family home

we were a party of 5 adults and 2 small children. The house was perfect for us with a bathroom for each of the 4 bedrooms. The garden and pool area were perfect for the kids despite there being no shallow end for the kids. The rear of the property faces East over the golf course and you get a beautiful sunrise then sun all day. My Son in Law and i played the course a couple of times and the kids loved that they could see us tee off the 14th ! There is a Bistro 100 yards away that does takeaways and aslo the Golf Clubhouse where we went for an "Abba " night with some friends who have a villa here. The Clubhouse does the better food. Lagos and Prai da Luz are both a 10 minute drive and there are also plenty of ubers if you dont want to drive of an evening. I would not hesitate to recommend this property - it was perfect.

Fabulous Villa

This is a really fabulous villa and in a great location in Boa Vista Golf Resort. The resort itself lacks a really good restaurant and you need a car as supermarkets etc are 5/10 mins drive away. Taxis are not expensive tho. One of our party played the golf course which he enjoyed but they paired him up with a lovely member who was not using a buggy and could not speak English. The staff are not the most friendly. The only main issue we all had was the very uncomfortable beds, not one of us slept well at all, they are so hard to sleep on and have some mattress protector which is plastic backed and that also makes it very hot. We also expected to have clean towels half way through the week but was told from Careways that that service is not available at this villa. So we never got any new towels or changed linen all week. I have stayed on the resort before and had daily cleaning service which was probs over kill but none at all is not enough I don’t think for what you pay.

schönes Quartier und gute Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wenn man Golf spielt in diesem gepflegten Areal sicher ideal. Da wir nicht Golf spielen war die Lage für uns ok, mussten aber doch mehr fahren in Restaurants als gedacht. Für Selbstverpflegung war das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar was selten ist scharfe Messer.Haus ist klimatisch ideal.

Great holiday. Great Villa

Just as described a beautiful Villa in between Lagos and Luz, it’s walkable to Lagos about 15 minutes but taxis so easy and less than €5 so used Uber for most trips. If your a golfer it’s perfect and 25% of fees. Only thing I would say could improve things is a simple folder explains how to use everything also if your thinking of having a barbecue the barbecue isn’t usable and the grill needs replacing, overall though and fantastic property will definitely stay again.

Beautiful villa

This is a very well presented villa overlooking the Boa Vista golf course. The villa has just about everything for a family holiday that makes it feel like a home from home. Lovely private swimming pool with plenty of poolside loungers. You will need a car as the shops and restaurants are not within walking distance. Everything in the villa worked as it should and we had no problems during our stay. Our only issue being there was no information pack within the villa which would have been useful for tips or recommendations for shopping, beaches, restaurants and general local information. That being said we all thought it was beautiful and would highly recommend

Boavista Golf Resort ideal für Golfer

Villa 101 war eine fantastische Unterkunft für bis zu 8 Personen. Privatsphäre am eigenen Pool und mit Blick über Fairway 14, 15, 16. von der aktuellen Bautätigkeit auf dem Gelände haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Im Clubhaus nette Bedienung, täglicher Maid Service in der Villa, gute Restaurants in Luz und Lagos machten den Urlaub bei schönem Wetter zum vollen Erfolg. Ausserdem machten wir schöne Wanderungen an der Küste, im Landesinnern und auf den Picota. Wir kommen bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder.
