Perfect place to stay in Maui

We really liked this condo! It was clean, had a beautiful view and had SO many things stocked. There was laundry soap, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo, lotion etc. This was a really pleasant surprise. I have stayed in airbnb/vrbo's that had none of that. I see in some reviews, people complained that the decor was outdated. I think it was perfectly fine. If you are looking for a recently "flipped" white and grey place to stay, this isn't it. That said, I prefer clean and convenient to the latest trends and that is exactly what this was. Beds were comfortable and owner was very responsive to any questions.I would definitely stay in this unit again, it really is in the best location. I also loved the cabana by the ocean. We used it almost every day and the people that worked there were fabulous.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, in a great location, with a wonderful view. The condo is dated and could use some updating and new carpet but it was a great place for the price.

Beautiful condo with ocean view

This was a beautiful property that had an ocean view and easy access to a private (shared with other property guests) cabana on the beach with amenities. The condo was beautifully decorated with vintage Hawaiian accents. Communication with the owner was always timely and the front desk staff was helpful. We had a wonderful stay and our friends had a property on the other side of the shared pool where we enjoyed meals and time together.

Clean but dated property. Everything was great but the cushions on chaise lounges on lanai are awful. No cushion at all! Couldn’t relax and read a book. Felt like i was laying on cement. Please replace!!! Also, a box of Kleenex’s would have been nice. Otherwise I’d book again.

Perfect Location

This condo was great, we will be back for sure! Peekaboo view of the ocean and a short 10-15 walk to the beach cabana. We have stayed at other condos in the Eldorado before and this one is top 3! The bedroom with two beds is huge so it fit our family of 3 just fine. Wish the hot tub at the pool was open, next time.

Amazing little gem

The condo was in a perfect location within walking distance to almost everything!! There was plenty of parking, a shuttle to take you to Whaler's Village area and 3 pools! The condo was very roomy and had everything you need, including a washer and dryer! We can't wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit and it felt like home. Lots of AC options including a large lanai where we enjoyed meals, reading, and looking at the views. Lots of hangers and drawers for clothing. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and, the whole living arrangement was comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Overall there are too many plusses to mention. Our host(ess) was very accommodating to our special requests and went above and beyond expectations.

Anka was quick to respond to any communications. The unit is next to the bbq area and main pool/jacuzzi so it was very convenient. The beach cabana cant be beat.The unit was perfect for a paarty of six. Mahalo!

Condo is a little dated; kitchen and bathroom fixtures are oxidizing, rug has seen better days and some light fixtures don’t work. Definitely need better cushions on outdoor wooden seats. Having said all of this we still had a really nice week here.

Welcoming Getaway

The condo was a great central base for our time in Maui and provided us with enough space for our family. We really liked the living room and kitchen, as well as the privacy of the bedroom. Hanging out in the balcony enjoying our coffee before starting the day. The best thing is the location - so close to the cabana, Black Rock, and pretty much anything we needed. Some of the items are a bit dated, but everything worked. We were very happy and can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your charming place!

We really enjoyed having two bathrooms. The kitchen was just the right size for the two of us! It’s just a short walk to the beach cabana or Whaler’s Village for shopping, eating and watching sunset ceremony at black rock!

The only thing good is the water pressure.

Upon checkin the room had not been cleaned. After traveling all day with little kids we walked in to a nightmare. Trash piled up on the lanai. Filth everywhere. Called the property manager and then sat there for an hour until they could find us another room for the night. Then had to move all of our groceries and luggage to the new room. The next day when leaving for a dinner reservation was told the original room was ready so we moved all our stuff AGAIN. And we were late to dinner. The room had been cleaned but it was not ok. The lanai had not been mopped. Trash residue all over and old bird poop. The track for the sliding doors looks like someone cleaned them 1982. Things had an inch of dust on them. The kitchen was infested with ants. The kitchen itself is disgusting. Floor cabinets etc. the bathrooms are full of mold. The entire place is carpeted and gross. Bathrooms included. There is exposed plumbing and electrical. The panel came off the kitchen sink numerous times so you could see the nastiness under it. The pm did refund us a small amount but not an amount that was in line with the state of this room. I can deal with dated and needs a remodel but this place is just gross. It’s like rent by the hour no tell motel status. We have stayed at the ME 12+ times over the past 11 years and never encountered a stay like this. The beds were comfy. The water pressure in the shower amazing. That’s the extent of my pros. The lanai furniture is super old and very uncomfortable.

5 stars - excellent condo

Posting this review a few months late, but I can only think of extremely positive things to say about this unit. - apartment was very functional, comfortable, and well laid out. Great decor - 4 adults were very comfortable here for 10 days - well stocked kitchen and good walkability to barbecues - huge balcony, great view, and very comfortable outdoor seating - communication with the host was very quick and she went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay We would return to this exact unit if we repeated our trip to west Maui.
