4BR / 3BA Condo in Vail, Colorado - onlangs gerenoveerd in de herfst van 2013

Welkom thuis in dit ruime, 1600 vierkante meter grote appartement met drie slaapkamers en een badkamer met drie badkamers in de Timber Falls Condominiums. Ga op het achterdek zitten en kijk uit over het White River National Forest, ontspan bij de open haard na een dag vol activiteiten, zit in de hot tub of surf op het internet. We hebben het appartement in de herfst van 2013 volledig gerenoveerd met een nieuwe keuken, nieuwe badkamers en nieuw tapijt.

Dit comfortabele, door een familie beheerde vakantiecomplex maakt geen deel uit van een huurzwembad en wordt voornamelijk gebruikt als ons tweede huis (slechts een paar weken per jaar verhuurd). U handelt rechtstreeks met eigenaren, niet met een verhuurkantoor. Bovendien is de keuken al gevuld, dus je hoeft niet naar de winkel te gaan voor specerijen die meestal ongebruikt blijven.

Volledig ingericht om comfortabel plaats te bieden aan maximaal acht personen. Slaapplaatsen omvatten twee zeer comfortabele queensize bedden in de master en de gastenslaapkamers (beide kamers zijn 11 bij 13 bij 13 voet), een stapelbed met een queensize bed aan de onderkant en een eenpersoonsbed bovenaan in de derde slaapkamer (een geweldige kamer voor kinderen), en een queensize bed op de zolder (10-voet bij 13-voet 6 inch).

De woonkamer is comfortabel en open met een hardhouten open haard, ruime woonkamer, een prachtige eettafel en een volledig uitgeruste keuken.

We hebben ook een bubbelbad voor zeven personen in het gebouw. Het is net de trap af en is een geweldige manier om te ontspannen na een zware dag in Vail. Alleen de negen eenheden in het gebouw hebben toegang tot het bad.

Alpine en Nordic skiën, schaatsen, wandelen, fietsen, golfen, vliegvissen en tennis zijn allemaal in de buurt, net als het onlangs gerenoveerde Gerald Ford Amphitheatre / Vilar Pavillion. Eenmaal aangekomen hoeft u niet meer te rijden. Laat uw auto op de parkeerplaats staan en gebruik de GRATIS Vail Shuttle met een bushalte op 100 meter van het condominium. U bent slechts drie en een halve mijl of acht minuten van het hart van Vail Village.

Nice week at Vail
Having a 4 BR at Timber Falls was great. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The walk to the bus is very short and being the first stop in the morning you always get a seat. Look forward to staying here next year.

Fantastic weekend though extremely cold outside. Unfortunately the fireplace was not available but the condo was spacious and comfortable. Owner provided hangers, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, trash bags, condiments and items to cook with. Very nice. It is frustrating when you have to buy these for a short stay. Rooms warmed up nicely. Convenient bus to town. Great condo. Responsive host. We will rent this place on our next trip

Very nice property with lots of room. Kitchen was well appointed. A few more window coverings would help keep the heat out in the afternoon. Views are amazing and it is very quiet being on the third floor. We love Timber falls.

Great East Vail lodging and location
Jeff's place was great for our group of six people. Our family of four had three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Another couple had a bedroom and their own bath room on the second level. The place has nice views from the lining room and deck, and amenities, like ski boot dryers. The location is the first stop on the East Vail shuttle bus so you will always have a seat on your short trip to Vail. We kept our skis in the car so as not to carry them up the steps to the unit. Plus it is only a level, five minute walk to a nice restaurant and bar at the Racquet Club. Communication with Jeff was timely and easy, and he allowed us to check out a few hours later on a great ski day when the place was to be unoccupied that night. Great host. We hope to return.

Winter Wedding Toasts
My four adult siblings and I booked this East Vail condo for the wedding of our niece. The location was easy, as we could walk out of the parking lot and catch the bus to Vail Village. The condo was well stocked - even with an iron and ironing board for the big day. It was the perfect spot for lots of laughter, reminiscing and tall tales of our youth. Thank you to Jeff and the other owners!

E Vail Condominium
Condo is in E Vail, and just a few steps from the free shuttle to Vail Village. Very convenient to skiing, Plenty of space in the condo, and it is well provisioned. Owner was very accessible when I had questions. I would suggest a little de-cluttering of the property. Some furnishings are worn. It is a rental so you never know how things will be treated. This was a good value for the month we were in Vail

Nice condo for a ski trip.
The place was surprisingly spacious having a good size living room open to the galley kitchen. Having the third bath was a big plus, even for a group of 4 guys on a ski trip. The kitchen was well supplied with spices and condiments! The biggest disappointment was discovering the hot tub was not working! After long days on the slopes, it was sorely missed. With a working hot tub, this place had all the essential amenities for a good ski condo!

The townhouse was generally as expected except we didn't realize it would be on the 3rd floor. Maybe I overlooked this in the listing. A couple items for the owner to check into, a) the heating system for the living room was inadequate, b) the outdoor grill did not work well and c) the upper bunk bed needs better support under the mattress (very lumpy). Otherwise there were ample cooking utensils, paper supplies and other household necessities. The hot tub was more than adequate and accessible. One last suggestion is to provide renters with a more detailed map as the various buildings in this development were not labeled prominently making it hard to find at night.

This was a great place to stay. It was a bit of a struggle to locate the building after dark, so a basic map of the complex would have helped tremendously. Other than that, it was fantastic! And great access to the free in town bus service.

The condo is nicer in person than the photos! Super easy access to bus into Vail village. Jeff was easy to get a hold of and great at communicating. The beds were not the most comfortable but we made the most of it.

Perfect ski house!
We had a great time staying here for our ski trip! The location is perfect since it’s right next to the East Vail bus loop. It’s on the third floor of a condo building so you have nice vaulted ceilings, but a lot of steps to walk up. The bed and bath situation was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook nice homemade meals. We did have to let the property owner know about the dirty hot tub, but it was addressed after the issue was known. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location.
The property was in a great location for us. We skied a couple of different mountains. There is a little grocery store down the street to pick up some basics. Plenty of sleeping for our family of 5. Plus a couple of guest. Close to the bus stop to Vail.

Awesome Place!
This place was perfect for our group skiing in Vail! It is right next to the bus stop and the house is awesome. Plenty of beds/bathrooms for a large party with very nice ammenities. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect distance from a lot of towns and very well maintained. We had plenty of beds for a couple of 7 and I still think 2-4 more people could fit in the condo comfortably. We had all the necessities we need along with a fully equipped kitchen. The fireplace was perfect, the view was perfect, and the location was perfect. My only con was the hot tub, which wasn't that easy to get to being on the 3rd floor. Other than that I would defintely recommend.

The condo is owned by four owners (three family members and a friend). We all live in Denver and have loved skiing at Vail our whole lives. We love getting up to Vail as much as possible but two of the owners have small children so the trips are limited. We love our place every time we visit.

Vail has always been our favorite place. Nothing beats the back bowls. We love Timber Falls because of the views from the condo and the fact that is it far enough from the highway that you don't hear the traffic noise that is common in East Vail.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Easy access to hiking, one of the first stops on the Vail Valley free bus route so we always get a seat and we always get on the bus (even during the busy weekends). The Hot Tub, the view off of the back porch.
