Having 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 bathrooms we can host up to 8 adults plus an extra 4 kids

* Bedrooms:
Every room is spacious and comfortably designed with a closet, a large space and plenty of day light.

- Room number 1 is open and spacious (Master Bedroom) has a comfortable King size bed and its own private bathroom. New linens are set in place periodically.

* Bedroom number 2 has a comfortable Queen size bed large windows giving you plenty of light. Great location with view to the main street and the beautiful lush and bamboo trees where there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun.

* Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable full size beds and a large closet with view to the pool/back yard.

* Bedroom 4 has a King size bed, a large spacious room with widows giving you plenty of daylight over looking the pool area with its own private bathroom.

* Ground Floor:
Spectacular and inviting open floor plan with a soothing, insightful Zen feel that over looks the Main Street with large Bamboo trees, lots of privacy and a large parking area. It also has a cabana bath for guests which is easy access from the pool area.

* Living Room / Dining Room:
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a spacious open space that includes an open dining area that easily sits 10 along with a large and comfortable living area equipped with a large 65" HD flat screen TV mounted on the wall making this spot perfectly suitable for watching your favorite shows or even enjoying your favorite sports channel. Big windows adorn the entire floor place allowing you to have plenty of natural lighting and an outside view that overlooks the pool and back yard lush at all times.

* Kitchen:
This impressive home showcases a large and spectacular fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need while on vacation and only requires you to bring your favorite foods, spices and drinks. In addition to the bright open kitchen you have views of the pool, plenty of countertop and cooking space to create tasty meals.

* There is also a spacious bar sitting area. It's the perfect spot for cocktails before dinner or after a day in the sun.

* Back Yard:
Here is the fun! Bamboo House has a private and large back yard with tables to eat and lounge chairs to catch a tan. This space is truly magnificent and its a perfect place to relax.

* BBQ:
How can you have a vacation without a BBQ? We care for you so we have included this amenity for you to enjoy.

* Additional rules:

We are not a pet friendly home, however, sometimes we may make an exception and all pets have a small $150 none refundable per pet fee (max 2 / 20 pounds or less pets only). Renter must let home owner and/or property manager know that he/she is bringing their fury companion along, failure to do so can result in a loss of your security deposit.

*** Please know that you are coming into a high end, calm, family oriented, noise sensitive beachie neighborhood where absolutely NO parties, NO gatherings or get togethers of any type with anyone outside the booking are allowed. The home is ONLY for the guests in the reservation, no-one else. Also, NO DJ’s, loud music, big speakers or noises allowed either. Broward County and the City of Ft. Lauderdale are very strict and have passed a new Noise Ordinance Curfew for all Vacation Rentals from 9pm till 9am. This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the back yard or pool area and any one outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises (Front entrance and driveway area & Back Yard pool area) video/audio recording 24/7 for the safety of our home and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. By reserving our home you are agreeing to these terms.


* Please, we kindly ask that you DO NOT FLUSH down the toilet baby wipes, facial wipes, paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, feminine products, baby diapers, dental floss, receipts, clothing tags, etc… ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. We thank you for your cooperation and please remember that if you clog it, you fish it or pay the plumber. A clog in the main drain due to this is no less than $250 to $350.

* Kitchen: Garbage disposal is NOT made to dispose lemons, peals, salads, large items or large amounts of foods. Rule of thumb to use a disposal is “If you can feed it to a baby you can dump it in the disposal”. Any clogs are 100% your responsability if a plumber has to be called out.

* Please keep in mind that our home day rate DOES NOT include electricity to charge Hybrid Vehicles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters or Golf Carts from friends or other companies and/or any other type of electric vehicle. If for any reason this is your case please know that an additional $40 per day for usage of electricity will be charged separately

* We kindly ask that when using the pool or hot tub 1) no eating or drinking in the water. Alcohol changes the chemical balance of the water and 2) we kindly ask that you avoid going in with oils like body oils, sun tan lotions, sun block etc. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool or hot tub turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool and/or tub. DO NOT tamper with the pool equipment in any way. Doing so will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit.

* Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items.

* Early check-ins are based on our calendar availability. In the given case home is available we can do a 2pm check in at no additional cost but if the check-in is between 12-2pm there is a $99 early check in fee and if between 10am and 12noon its $125 early check in fee.

* All Bachelorettes are happily welcomed however please keep in mind that If you’re bringing any decor it has to be wall friendly avoid extra charges due to damages. For example, we recommend carpenters tape (blue or beige) for the walls. We don't allow scotch tape, clear box tape, duck tape, 3m tape, double sided tape, dots, thumb tacks etc. all of these before mentioned peel paint off the walls and damages them. Also, absolutely no glitter please you have no idea the nightmare it is to clean that up and finally, no hanging items from our curtain rails 😎 Before leaving all decor, balloons and/or confetti will need to be cleaned up and disposed of. If we have to do this for you there will be an additional $100 charge. Golf Cart: Pending on availability, to use it you MUST be minimum 23 years of age, sign a User Agreement, have a valid DL & Proof of Insurance. Red cart $330 for 2 days $455 for 3 days. Prices include taxes, delivery fee and home electricity to charge the cart.
