• Situated riverfront on the mighty Guadalupe River @ Gruene Rapids, a getaway where you can walk in 9 minutes to Gruene Hall and the town of Gruene & its historic surroundings. Our eco-friendly, low impact condo-plex utilizes minimal footprint on a sprawling green escape of 2.5 acre grounds fronting river with rapids AND calm waters for swimming, beautiful trees & plenty of rocks to sit & relax or jump from.
• Bbq & fire pits, smoker, picnic tables, paddle ball, horseshoes, corn hole, 2 Stand Up Paddleboards, Tubes, & River Chairs available for your use!
• Dream Gruene consists of Unit #101 & 102. 2 side by side condos with 6 bedrooms (King, King, Queen, Queen, 2 bunk beds, 2 bunk beds) and 4 full baths each, on the FIRST/GROUND floor. Exit right off your private shaded outdoor balcony onto park like grounds out to river! No steep hills to climb as homes on other side of river have.
• 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 pair of washer & dryers. We are friends with other neighboring units if you need to add on another condo for more room.
• New Promotion! We are offering FREE 1 Hour Photo Shoot from Black Dog Photography (if photographer is available during your stay) with your stay of 2 days or more! Pls inquire if interested.

The location of this property couldn't have been any better. Not only is it on the Guadalupe river but its a stone's throw to Gruene, Gruene Hall, Gristmill, Rock'n R rentals and all that Gruene has to offer. It boasts some of the best rapids on the river and has a 2.5 acre area to spread out in and leave your city troubles behind!
