This popular, family-friendly destination is oceanfront, beachfront and directly on the no-drive beach in Daytona Beach Shores. The unit is on the 3rd floor, accessible via elevator or stairway. Our guests access the beach directly from the property, via a private entrance featuring stairs and a ramp. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony. Take a walk down the beach to the legendary Crabby Joe's for lunch or dinner. Chill in the sand, play in the ocean and watch the dolphins jump in the waves. Take in the sights and sounds of this incredible area of Florida, just a short distance from Ponce Inlet, Daytona International Speedway, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach Boardwalk and more! The condo is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest room. There are 2 full bathrooms. The building has a beachfront heated pool with lounge chairs. The owners also provide beach chairs. The unit comes with a storage closet housing your very own washing machine and dryer. Additional building amenities include garage parking for one car, outside parking for an extra vehicle, spacious oceanfront balconies, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, tennis & pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball, card room, library and club room.

We had everything we needed in the condo. Good location, and we loved. that there were no cars on the beach in front of the condo. We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend and the fireworks were amazing right from our balcony. The host always responded very quickly and was very helpful with anything that we needed.

Great location. Very clean condo, 3rd floor right above the pool. Pool is heated so for early trips in the year that is a plus. Love having an indoor and secure garage area for our car and bikes too. Owner and the property manager responded quickly to any questions.

The condo was as described! It's not the fanciest or anything, but served its purpose for us and was in a convenient location and access to the beach was nice. The pool was heated which was a nice touch. Had some random items stocked that came in handy!

The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean and the furniture was nice. There was, however, an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew. Upon inspection of the bathrooms, there was visibile mold on the ceilings. They had an air purifier in the unit, I assume, to help combat the smell as well as reduce moisture. The unit as a whole is older and dated, maybe a remodel would address this as well as the moisture issues. We made the best of it and enjoyed the things Daytona has to offer.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the comfortable beds, clean bedding, and furnishings. We're glad you were able to enjoy your stay and everything Daytona Beach has to offer. We do want to address a few points for the benefit of future guests. After receiving your comments, we had the unit professionally inspected specifically for mold, and we were pleased to confirm that there is no mold present in the condo. As a beachfront property, humidity and moisture are naturally much higher than they are inland, which is common for oceanfront buildings throughout Florida. The machine in the condo is a dehumidifier. We provide it to help manage the additional humidity that comes with being directly on the beach. We also leave instructions asking guests to periodically empty the water reservoir so it can continue operating effectively during their stay. Regarding the appearance of the condo, we strive to represent it honestly. Our listing photos accurately show that the unit is clean, comfortable, and an older, non-remodeled condo. We intentionally price it below many of the renovated units in the building so guests can enjoy the same beachfront location and amenities at a more affordable price. We appreciate all feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented beachfront stay, and we're proud that so many of our guests have enjoyed exactly that.

Great view, place was clean, and perfect size for our little family. The other guests in the building were all very friendly and there were plenty of children for our kids to play with at the pool and on the beach. There were also plenty of indoor activities close by for when a storm would roll through. We would love to come stay again.
