This condo accommodated as expected. The rooms where clean and adequate. The owner was very helpful and provided timely updates with access information. The clubhouse and facilities are showing their age, and need upkeep, however this does not impact the condo. Ultimately the family all enjoyed the stay here.

Don’t call this rental place when you get there. We had no tv. What we got told is they are not a hotel and people at their places sleep at night. We went with no tv all night and most the next day. So we left.

The unit was much older than the pictures indicated. The unit bathroom were very dated and had the signs of age. When we travel we want to stay at places that are 5 star quality

We did find the property to be clean. And the cleaning team does deserve an award for polishing this turd. We paid a lot and the property is not worth that amount. The amenities of the resort were great for the children and adults the property is close to the main pools and basketball/picketball courts. The property itself though... It is in need of some deferred maintenance especially considering the price being charged to guests. The sheets were pilled so one was reminded of the countless number of people who have stayed there before. And I'm pretty sure the comforters and various throw pillows weren't washed between guests. The kitchen is understocked and makes you want to order take out. The only cutting board is small and the knives are in poor condition: not sharp and potentially dangerous to use. Some of the cooking pans are flimsy, burned, scratched etc. The shag carpeting is old, flat and worn in traveled pathways. There were multiple outlets that didn't work. The lighting is dim. The queen bed is meh on the comfortability scale. The dishwasher doesn't stay open to load unless the bottom rack is out and the silverware tray has a bunch of holes in the bottom so the silverware can't be properly placed in the tray without falling out and blocking the spinner thing. The fridge water dispenser worked at a dribble and the produce drawers on the fridge were broken and not functioning, we are lucky one of the kiddos didn't get cut on the sharp edges. Due to high demand and turnover we were asked to wash the sheets and yet didn't get a cleaning discount. The property could really benefit if the owners took some of the monies made from over charging and put that capital back into the maintenance of the property.

Great Place To Stay
We had an awesome time bringing our family here. The condo was clean and felt homey. It's super close to a rock climbing spot, so we checked that off our list. The complex has some great amenities. We came in January, so the only pool that was reasonable to swim in was the indoor pool (which is more like a greenhouse, not truly indoor), but it was very cold when we went around 7pm, so we chose not to go again. The swingset on the playground also had a broken swing. Not much to complain about besides that. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We found the condo to be clean and neat. We enjoyed the pools and amenities offered at the facility. The location was central to our activities. Washer and dryer allowed us to pack lighter. We would stay here again.

Did the job!
We had a good stay. All slept well and kids enjoyed the park! Only request is new bedroom and bathroom doorknobs that stay locked. None of them stayed locked and we kept walking in on eachother’s private moments. ;)

Clean, Roomy, and Comfortable
My husband and I brought our grandchildren (ages 12 and 14) to Utah to experience the National and State parks in the area. Since our grandchildren are one boy and one girl, we really appreciated having 3 bedrooms so everyone had a quiet space. We also enjoyed eating on the patio where we could enjoy the sunshine and scenery. We requested a top floor, quiet unit and were not disappointed. Our Las Palmas Unit #1631 was a corner unit on the third floor and very quiet. We all enjoyed our stay. The one surprise we were not prepared for, was the restriction of the membership pool and game area. Although we had free access to two swimming pools behind other buildings (a short walk), the nicest pool located just behind our building was only available for an $8/day/person charge. Yes, it does include the exercise room, tennis, table tennis, and miniature golf, but I felt the price was too much for everyday ($32 per day for our family), so we only used it once. I would have liked to know this restriction when I made the reservation.

The Perfect Vacation Rental
We had such a great stay at this condo. Loved the playground right outside the back patio...my kids played there a ton. And the pool is so close too, which was great with a napping baby, because the monitor reached the pool. The condo is really clean and well stocked. The beds were really comfortable too, everyone got a good nights rest.
