Great place, friendly and helpful hosts

We had a great stay in Bart and Caty’s beautiful little house. It was a good base to discover the island we also loved staying in the house and just take it easy by the pool some afternoons when the kids needed to rest. We appreciated the friendly and welcoming approach of Caty and Bart and are very pleased with our vacation, from kids to grown ups.

Idyllic Stay in Ibiza: A Wonderful Accommodation Experience

Our accommodation in Ibiza was truly beautiful and idyllically located. The hosts were extremely friendly and had a very sweet dog that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean, including the accommodation itself and the pool. We could always contact the hosts with any questions and received a response within minutes. Overall, it was an excellent place to fully enjoy our vacation. The only small drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but thanks to the hillside location and the constant gentle breeze, it was quite bearable.

Peaceful Villa

A lovely, rustic villa in a quiet spot, with views of the area around. It was a relaxing holiday for all of us, a chance to unwind and have quality family time together. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and left us to enjoy our holiday in the property. Beaches were a short drive away, with some lovely restaurants overlooking the sea and sunset.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time! Bart and Catalina are wonderful hosts. The finca is beautifully located and quite quiet. The pool is well maintained as is everything else. Here you can enjoy your time and switch off. It is a good starting point for exploring Ibiza. Bart and Catalina are easy to contact and they gave us very good tips (food, beaches). The dog and cats are well behaved and brought us (especially our daughter) a lot of joy. Thanks you for having us 🙏

Lovely house at a very central location

We had a wonderful time at the house. It's very centrally located at a 10 minutes drive from the beach (Cala Vadella) and appr. 25 minutes from Ibiza city. It's a 50 meter away from a busy road from which you sometimes hear the traffic if you are sitting outside (didn't bother us though). Owners live just behind the house. We didn't know that prior to arrival, but it was ok and you don't have the feeling you are watched at all. The house is very clean. A bit dark (especially outside of the high season when weather could be a bit less sunny) inside of the house, but well equipped to our desires. Our daughter made friends quite quickly with the dog and cats. All and all we would definately stay here again.

A lovely stay

The communication beforehand was very smooth. Bart sent us the address and we got there effortlessly with our rental car. Upon arrival there were lots of goodies waiting for us. We had a great time here. It was a quiet place yet very easily accessible. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the owners are super friendly and helpful. The pool was also spotless. They gave us tips and if we had any questions we could always contact them. During our stay we were provided with fresh sheets and towels. Bart & Cati also own a super sweet dog (Ona). We had told them that we loved dogs and that she was always welcome, so then she visited us from time to time (which we loved).

Urlaubsflair pur

Ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt im Wald aber die umliegenden Orte und Strände sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist Top. Es ist wirkich alles vorhanden. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können Die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Une semaine à Ibiza pour découvrir l'île

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans la maison de Bart. L'emplacement un peu isolé nous a convenu à merveille pour profiter de la tranquillité de l'endroit. Mais tout est très facilement accessible en voiture, les belles plages, les villes et villages. Tout s'est bien déroulé pour trouver la maison, les enfants ont encore profité de la piscine même si elle n'était plus très chaude et les chats et le chien de la maison nous ont rendu de fréquentes visites! Un endroit à recommander!

Perfect Holiday

Superfijn verblijf

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Bart is een super gastvrije man. Hij heeft zelfs een taart gebakken als welkom voor onze zoon die halverwege ons verblijf aankwam. Bart woont met zijn vrouw op het terrein boven de vakantie woning maar je hebt zeker voldoende privacy!

Estupendos días

Bartolo y Cari encantadores, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. La casa estupenda, en plena naturaleza, tranquila y acogedora. Hemos estado como en nuestra casa. Schönes Haus

Mein Freund und ich durften für eine Woche Gäste im Ferienhaus vom Bart und Cathy sein und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir wurden herzlich von Bart empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Er erklärte uns alles kurz und war aber auch sehr bedacht, uns so schnell wie möglich den Urlaub geniessen zu lassen. Im Kühlschrank stand zur Begrüssung eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Selbst 2 Packungen Knabberzeug lagen in der Küche bereit. Man fühlte sich einfach sofort willkommen. Ich möchte hier 2 Sachen besonders hervorheben, die sich zu anderen Ferienhäusern deutlich unterschieden haben. Das Haus war wirklich sehr sehr sauber und vom Bett bis hin zum Geschirr hat alles geglänzt. Was ich toll fand war, dass sogar Spülmittel, ein Putzlappen, ein paar Kaffeekapseln und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden war. In anderen Ferienhäusern mussten wir sowas alles selber kaufen. Hier bei Bart und Cathy konnte man sofort mit dem Urlaub starten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jederzeit möglich. Selbst, als wir Bart sagten, dass unser Rückflug erst am Abend geht, hat er alles möglich gemacht, dass wir noch den ganzen Tag im Haus bleiben durften. Einfach genial! Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die tolle Zeit bedanken und wünschen allen Gästen, die das Haus gebucht haben, eine erholsame und schöne Zeit.
