We thank our guests for choosing to stay with us, we want you to be comfortable. Of course there are rules that must be adhered to as follows: We are an operating Gas and Grocery Store, while this offers some advantages to our guests it also restricts some activities. 1) Fires: We live in a dense forested area and have petroleum fuels onsite. Please do not light any fires in pits, BBQ's, Wood Stoves or anywhere near a fuel tank. Please contact the owner if you wish to BBQ food as there are restrictions and permitting required by the Forestry. 2) Smoking: Please do not smoke inside the building this includes Medical Marijuana. Please smoke only in designated areas. Please properly extinguish your tobacco correctly. A cleaning fee will be assessed in the amount $250 per room in the event that someone smokes inside the residence. 3) Noise: We are located next to another business and have customers in our store and facility throughout the day. Please be respectful to our customers and our neighbors. Celebrations are always welcome, but loud parties will be an issue as we have neighbors that will report any out of control behavior. 4) Parking: Please park your vehicles on either side of the building. Please do not block and access ways or fuel dispensing equipment. We are not responsible for any theft of property or damage to vehicles in the parking lot. 5) Electrical Power: In the event of a power outage we will provide power with a Generator. The upstairs residence will have limited power, please work with us on this. The Generator power will only be provided from 6 am thru 10 pm for guests. We will need to shut down the power during the late evening hours due to noise restrictions. No Refunds or discounts will be provided due to power outages. 6) Pets: No Pets allowed. 7) Septic System: We are on a Septic System which can be very sensitive. Please flush only toilet tissue down the toilet, nothing else. Feminine napkins will clog the system and cause major issues. 8) Parking Lot and Gas Station Equipment: Please do not let children play in the parking lot or near any fueling equipment. We have had customers who enter the parking lot at a high rate of speed coming down the hill. We do not want anyone to get hurt. Please no playing, riding bikes, skate boarding in the parking lot. 9) Please do not work on your car or equipment in the parking lot. We have very difficult environmental rules to follow and any additional discharge of oils or engine fluids, etc. will be considered a hazardous condition of the guests responsibility. 10) Please do not clean your motorcycle, off-road vehicles or cars on the lot. 11) Garbage: Please do not leave any garbage outside as it attract wildlife and can be hazardous for them and potentially dangerous for customers 12) Please do not feed the wildlife. 13) Please be careful not to damage the facility. If you find that something is not operating correctly, please feel free to contact the store clerk for direction of assistance. 14) We provide a telephone with local dialing only. No long distance is provided. You can use a calling card or call collect in an emergency. Cell phone coverage is very limited in the area. See clerk for advice on cell phone service. 15) Pay Phone: The pay phone is only for local calls as well. It only work with credit or calling cards for long distance. 16) Please leave the facility in a reasonably clean manner. 17) Please report any water leaking immediately as this can cause major issues to our building and our Well. 18) Please be sure to lock the residence if you are leaving for any period of time. We are not responsible for the security of the rental unit. 19) Please do not touch any of the security equipment on the premises. 20) We reserve the right to end your stay due to any legal or rule violations.
