Villa Blackrock heeft een grondige renovatie ondergaan en is volledig geregistreerd bij de autoriteiten van Lanzarote voor verhuur. Het is een ruime, moderne, vrijstaande luxe villa, met een groot elektrisch verwarmd privézwembad met een groot privéterras op het zuiden en een ommuurde tuin met poorten. Het bevindt zich op eigen terrein, met een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de bergen. Het exclusieve landgoed is alleen toegankelijk via code en profiteert van een CCTV-beveiligingssysteem dat 24 uur per dag in gebruik is bij de toegangspoort en gedurende de privéontwikkeling. Stijlvol ingericht en ingericht naar een zeer hoge standaard is het ideaal voor twee gezinnen met vier grote slaapkamers en drie badkamers. De villa heeft hoge plafonds, bestaat uit een ruime woonkamer en eetkamer en is prachtig ingericht en in kleur gecoördineerd, met lederen meubels en Karndean-vloeren. Architectonisch ontworpen, drie van de vier slaapkamers hebben grote ramen en de grote woonkamer heeft grote openslaande deuren met uitzicht op het zwembad op het zuiden en de tropische tuinen. Het uitgebreide terras ziet de hele dag zon, met twee schaduwrijke overdekte gebieden om te eten en te ontspannen. Buiten dineren is een genot rond de grote rieten tafel en stoelen, rieten ligstoelen en Canarische BBQ. Het prachtige zwembad heeft een hoge mate van privacy door verhoogde lavamuren, wordt niet over het hoofd gezien en de tuin is beplant met cactussen, palmbomen en tropische planten. Het zwembad kan elektrisch worden verwarmd en er is een buitendouche beschikbaar. Er is een extra uitgebreid terras op het westen met een outdoor tafeltennistafel en ligbedden om verder te zonnebaden of dit kan worden gebruikt als een speelplaats. Kinderbed en kinderstoel zijn inbegrepen voor gezinnen met baby's en speelgoed voor in het zwembad en springkussens zijn aanwezig.

Leuk huis met genoeg voorzieningen

Fijn huis, genoeg ruimte. Lekker verwarmd zwembad. Volop zitmogelijkheden, binnen en buiten. TV aansluiting stoorde helaas. 35 min. lopen naar boulevard.

Fijn vakantiehuis

Fijn huis, alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Super service gedurende de week. Het huis is wel gedateerd met achterstallig onderhoud. Bv afzuigkap die het niet doet, sommige bedden zijn doorgezakt, deuren klemmen etc. De verlichting is heel fel, bijna steriel. De bedden zijn het grootste minpunt Het zwembad is heerlijk!

Does exactly what it says on the tin!

We had a lovely stay. We had a couple of issues with the electricity tripping, but the mgmt team were incredibly quick to react, and said it was the time of year, as many villas has the pool heating system on. The pool could have been slightly warmer, but again, time of year makes it harder to get up to temp. Overall we loved our stay. Defo need a car.

Villa a Blackrock

We feel the Villa was excellent from the location to the outside view on arrival. The Interior was amazing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated to a high standard, living space and kitchen were spotless. Lastly the outside pool was fantastic with plenty of sun beds and a super solarium at the back. Would highly recommend this Villa.

Great family villla

We stayed here February half term 2024. The villa was as described. The pool was perfect for us, we spent hours in there, heating was optional but well worth it. The vila has 4 bedrooms, 1 is huge and doubled up as a "den" for the younger kids. The villa is well equiped, located on a gated secure commuty it fitted the bill for us. We have stayed in many villas before and would stay here again. A car is necessary if you want to explore more that the island has to offer. We used Autoreisen, parking at the villa was easy and enough for 2 or even 3 cars if required.

Fantastic last minute trip

We (5 adults and 3 children) booked a last minute trip to stay at Villa Blackrock. From start to finish, and once we were home, Julie was an absolute delight to deal with, making the process very simple and furnishing us with all the local information we could need. The villa itself was perfect for our group with plenty of space both inside and outside and the whole villa being comfortable for everyone and allowing all ages to relax and have fun. We couldn't have asked for better and would definitely both recommend and stay at again.

Beautiful Villa,Peaceful location.

Villa Blackrock is a wonderful villa that has everything (and more) you need.The inside is very spacious and modern and the outside area has loads of loungers and a stunning pool and bbq area.Over the years my family has stayed in quite a few villas in Playa Blanca and this villa is the best yet.Julie is a brilliant host,great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Fabulous family holiday

We had a fabulous 10 day stay in March with three generations of our family to celebrate a milestone birthday. There was plenty of space for all of us and the facilities were great, the little ones thorough enjoyed spending time in the pool. There is a lovely bar/restaurant called Bailey's on the nearby complex "Jardine del Sol" which is well worth a visit or two - the food is fabulous. We would definitely visit the villa again in the future.

Beautiful Villa, Wonderful Stay

We've stayed in villas in and around Playa Blanca for a number of years now, but this is by far the best place we have stayed. Its location is quiet and secure, but within easy reach of all of the town's main locations. The villa is fully kitted out with everything you could need for a stress-free holiday (including a full set of kitchenware, which is not always a given!) and is in great condition. The villa is a great size, and worked well for us as a couple but has plenty of room and space for larger groups. Communications with the owner prior to arrival were great with clear instructions and info. We cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to stay again on our next visit to Lanzarote.

Lovely Place, Lovely Host

We chose this villa because we were a party of 4 adults and we wanted plenty of space for a decent price. We were certainly not disappointed. This villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite + 1 more). The pool is a decent size for a morning dip (lovely and cool too, the way I like it! I believe it can be heated on request for a charge) and there is plenty of space for loads of sunbeds. The villa was clean when we arrived and the bedrooms were comfy. As is the case with many properties on the island, there is no air con, the ceiling fans did the job though. The property is in a gated area with a code needed for the front gate. Because of this, it is beautifully quiet. The walk to the seafront is about 20 mins, all downhill. You can jump on the public transport scooters or get a cab instead, both are readily available (scooter - less than a euro, taxi - 4-5 euros). 2 supermarkets are within a few minutes walk. We had an evening flight on the way back so I contacted the owner, Julie, to request a later check out. She immediately replied saying this was possible for a small fee. We were also able to leave our cases at the villa for a few hours before our taxi arrived - thanks Julie! This was perfect for our needs (4 adult friends) but would also be ideal for couples or a large family/families group as there are so many beds and so much space. We loved our week here and hope to return in future.

Excellent Holiday

We had a wonderful week in Villa Blackrock. The Villa is excellent, very well equipped and exceptionally well laid out. There was 4 adults and 3 children in our party and plenty of room for us. All 4 bedrooms are spacious, as is the rest of the Villa, with 2 en-suite and another bathroom. The pool and sun lounge areas are very private, and dining inside or outside, as we did, is your choice. We had a hire car but buses and taxis are available just round the corner. It’s probably 25 to 30 minutes walk into the centre of Playa Blanca, which my legs aren’t upto anymore, but everybody else walked. We would certainly recommend holidaying in Villa Blackrock, and communications with the Villa owner and the Management Company are excellent.

Lovely quiet villa

We were three generations away for a family break in the sun. This villa is about a 15-20 min walk from Playa Flamingo/Playa Blanca. Really quiet and private location. The children really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was very clean and we were able to check in early which was great. Recommended.

Super family villa with pool

Such a lovely holiday here. Grandparents, parents and 4 children aged 2 to 11. The property owner was there on arrival which was lovely. The villa had been almost totally refurbished and was smart, fresh and clean. Very impressed.

Superb spacious villa

Have just returned from a wonderful family holiday. The villa is beautiful and substantial, easily accommodating our party of 5 adults. The property is nicely laid out and tastefully furnished; we felt completely at home from the start. The kitchen is well equipped for dining in and the BBQ was easy. Pool is large and was beautifully warm. A large patio surrounds the villa so you can follow the sun and find shade, however you wish. The property is located in a small gated development of detached villas; it was wonderfully quiet and we felt safe and secure. Getting to the main promenade in Playa Blanca is easy as there is a taxi rank about 5 minutes walk away, the fare is about EUR 4.00. Alternatively you can walk there in about 30 minutes. The villa is a stone’s throw from the Montana Roja - well worth walking up it and strolling around the volcano rim to take in the panoramic view of Playa Blanca and the surrounding area. Julie, the owner is lovely and made sure we were enjoying our stay. There is also a fantastic management team who change the towels twice a week and make sure everything is in order. I thoroughly recommend staying at this villa. Thank you Julie!

Points to be taken into concideration.

Had a lovely family break. Villa was ideal for all my family. Bit dissapointed no water on arrival, I would suggegt a welcome pack should be provided, especially as children were on my booking. Was surprised travel cot had no bedding and had to ask. Also had to ask for high chair.

I have now retired from working as a staff nurse, my husband John is a medical doctor. Our sons Sean and Alex are working in business and Sophie our daughter works for BEAT the UK's charity for eating disorders. We all love the outdoor life playing tennis, golf and hockey. We have been visiting Lanzarote for the last 30 years and love the all year round climate, and extended daylight hours. We particularly love Playa Blanca for its wonderful beaches and upmarket feel. The standard and variety of cuisine is excellent and we really enjoy visiting the various restaurants and eating outside on balmy evenings. We eventually plan to semi-retire here avoiding the cold winters at home and look forward to being able to accommodate our large English and Irish family and friends.

We fell in love with Villa Blackrock for its fabulous location within Playa Blanca and being so spacious and private, with tropical gardens and a wonderful pool. The majority of the rooms look onto the pool and garden area and the large windows throughout throw light into the villa bringing the garden indoors. The pool area is south facing and the patio is extended to the west of the property allowing optimal sunbathing. We really enjoy the villa because it affords us our own space even when the extended family stay and importantly enjoy the home from home facilities. The villa is so secure being in the gated complex and is private on the estate, it is not overlooked and offers peace and tranquillity with wonderful mountain views and yet still has everything on its doorstep.

Villa Blackrock is a substantial villa set in the middle of its own large grounds with extended patio areas, magnificent pool and garden areas and raised lava walls.
