"Wat een geweldige locatie voor dit onlangs gerenoveerde met airconditioning met 2 slaapkamers, 1. 5 badkamer ruim herenhuis met een eigen binnenplaats omgeven door weelderige landschap. De eigenaar heeft veel liefde gestoken in de inrichting en het opzetten van deze accommodatie, zeer goed uitgerust voor u klaar om in te checken en te genieten van uw vakantie. De binnenplaats is volledig omheind, geschikt voor een klein huisdier.

Gewoon een comfortabele wandeling naar Hastings Street, zondag boerenmarkten, de mooie Noosa River met zijn vele restaurants en op slechts 50 meter van de bushalte. Binnen een security gated, klein appartementencomplex met een pool '.

Full of thoughtful touches

This property looked just as it does in the pictures, awesome. There were lots of thoughtful touches including a cot for my baby, butter in the fridge, farm fresh eggs, buckets & spades for the beach and real coffee. We were also greeted by a hand written card and some treats to enjoy. Location is good but not too close to the chaos of Hastings St. We dream that all our holiday stays are this good!

Simply the Best

What can we say apart from this is the best. We stay in Noosa a lot and this time we found this amazing home away from home. It was perfect. We took our little dog frank and our 5 year old girl and we had everything we could ask for and more. We had a beautiful home, all mod cons, great access to river and the transport to Noosa and a space for the car. The pool is a great luxury and the deck area which made us feel like we were in a little part of paradise with the outdoor shower and amazing greenery, a welcome respite after the beach. Why would you ever book a hotel again I said to my wife..this is the holiday home we always wanted. We were lucky enough to meet the owners( names kept under wraps for their privacy ) and we instantly felt like we had known them for years as they are a beautiful couple who are there for whatever you need. I could not recommend this place more highly and although loath to share with any else as we would love to use it all the time I encourage anyone to come here as you wont be disappointed. restaurants are walking distance and the way the place makes you feel is exactly what you want on holiday...relaxed and at home. As I said we come to Noosa a lot over the years and we won't stay anywhere else again. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for everything ( you know who) and we cant wait to see you again soon..Jules, Jonny, summer and Frank x

Lovely property but a bit dark

We loved the overall comfort of the propriety including the beds. I really enjoyed all the magazines and of course the wine and chocolates. The situation was good and we enjoyed our walks to Noosaville and Noosa. However, we did find the house a little dark downstairs and the lack of somewhere to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom was annoying.

Great townhouse that felt like staying in someone’s cosy and well equipped home and not a holiday rental. Everything is so considered including nice little things for our ‘fur baby’. Great location and very quiet. Nothing is missed and we’ll definitely be back again.

Fantastic for family of 4

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of four! We were able to comfortable walk to Hastings Street (kids on scooters) and were able to walk to the fine dining precinct at Quamby Place for a nice boozy dinner without having to worry about a cab. We were fortunate to have almost exclusive use of the pool, and the house had everything we needed including milk in the fridge ready to start making coffee as soon as we arrived! There were ants as mentioned by a previous reviewer, but that it to be expected in QLD in summer. The water pressure was quite low, but nothing that would stop us from staying again.

Calm and comfortable

Lovely townhouse, convenient location between Noosa beach and Noosa River. Great provisions to make your stay easy going. Nice quiet location in complex, secure and private. Good indoor-outdoor flow with plenty of space for a small family. * A fan would be a great addition downstairs to get cool airflow, without having to close up to put the air conditioning on to cool it down.

Overpriced, misleading, insect infestation and too hot!

Cons - Infested with ants outside, and cockroaches found inside the house. We overpaid for this property based on convenience and pet friendliness. The ad claims 15min walk to main area (took us 32mins), they say 50m to bus stop (but bus driver said pets are not permitted so that doesn't help). There are also ridiculous T&Cs regarding the pets and the courtyard is only decked no grass area. The bed configuration was supposed to be 1x queen and 1 double, however these both looked like the tiniest uncomfortable beds! My husband couldn't fit and had to sleep on the single. In our room there was no aircon just a fan which was insufficient for Noosa weather! We didn't get any sleep being too hot and dripping in sweat. There was an allocated car space we drove into that was too small for our car (a Hyundai Veloster?) so the car is now damaged on one side scraped and dented in from the pole. Pros - on arrival there was some chocolates, champagne, and a card. The townhouse is quite nice and a good size. They provided us with some basic supplies to get started. Lounge was nice and comfortable. We were able to login to Netflix on the tv. The courtyard is closed off great for pets. Spent a couple of hours in the pool in the complex which was good.

Very comfortable, quiet and convenient apartment

Fully equipped with all that you would need for a family holiday. Thoughtful inclusions like kitchen paper, beach chairs and condiments were appreciated. Comfy beds. Welcomed with wine and chocolates and a hand written card - lovely! This is pet-friendly, too (although we did not have our fur babies with us this time).

Great stay

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Owners were very generous. It was good to have condiments etc available for cooking It is a well appointed house and in an excellent position for enjoying Noosa.

Great location, well presented and equipped with everything we needed.

Such a lovely property!

Wonderful place perfectly situated between Noosa and Noosaville. I loved the extra attention to details and the thought behind everything from the dog biscuits to the bowls and the Easter eggs. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely come back!

Very thoughtful and caring owners

Travelling from overseas it was superb that the pantry and fridge contained items left by others to share. The added extras by the owners was the icing on the cake. Very comfortable beds.

Everything that you could ask for

Beautifully decorated and provided all of the luxuries that you could possibly desire. We had lovely welcoming gifts for us and also for our dog. The apartment was very spacious, clean, private and it seemed that they had thought of everything that a guest would need for a happy stay away from home. Lots of extras had been provided to allow guests to feel completely at home. We will definitely be staying there again, hopefully soon!

The BEST holiday!

Wow! What a great location, awesome pool, not to mention the cleanest home I have ever walked into. This place is an absolute bargain for what you get. We arrived to a box of chocolates, Wine and a list of things to do in Noosa. Honestly couldn't have stayed at a more beautiful spot. We had the best time all thanks to having a comfortable place to relax. HIGHLY recommended!

Wonderful property

This wonderful property offers a real home away from home. Every amenity is there. It is comfortable, quiet and an easy walk to Noosaville and Hastings street.
