We have several pictures to show the condition of the home. It was embarrassing for us to host our guests who came from California and Germany for the 10 day visit. The house was big enough for our group BUT… my list of cleanliness issues is LONG! We would like to have our cleaning deposit refunded, since we had to clean upon arrival ourselves and the filth we kept finding around the home and under the beds, on tops of surfaces was unbelievable!! I don’t know who the property manager is for this home or what kind of cleaning crew they have, but I’d make some changes in those areas ASAP. A response to our complaints would be appreciated and like I said, we request a full cleaning deposit due to the condition of the home. Unacceptable condition for paying over $3600! I’ll never book this place again, or use, or endorse Vrbo to anyone if we don’t get a refund! That’s the least you can do!! Our overall communication with the owner could have been WAY better too. I’ve written our impressions of the home on Saturday but again (as in previous attempts), he has not responded.
