Spent 3 days here with two families (4 adults, 4 kids under 5), and it was great for this size. Clean, had everything we needed, close to the beach and great views. Easy communication with the host, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is an outstanding place to stay, nice appliances in the kitchen, nice washer/dryer. View was excellent. Two king size beds is an excellent option!

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. The beach is a super short distance away too! I will say for families traveling with little ones, there is no bathtubs, which is something we over looked! This can be an easy fix by the host of detachable shower heads were attached, so that cleaning little ones may be easier. Other than that, great stay!

We arrived for our second visit to SPI. Obviously we enjoy the area. Sand, surf and seafood! This condo has 3 bedrooms which gave our teenager a room to himself. Bathrooms and kitchen have recently been remodeled. Along with the kitchen. The condo has great view of the Gulf and the walkway if you enjoy people watching. Our favorite restaurant was Los Tortugos (turtles)Host was very responsive to questions. Thanks Ed!!

Condo was very nice. Great location right on the beach. We had internet trouble on the first day but Ed was responsive and got the provider engaged and fixed it. Definitely recommend.

This condo is absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful beach front views, decor, & grounds. The beach theme decorations and colors throughout the condo were just perfect! The grounds are kept clean and is a gated area. The hosts thought of everything that you might need while you are on vacation and have it there for you to use. The kitchen had everything you needed!!!! That was so nice to have access to all the appliances & serving pieces! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, towels were nice and there are fans in all the bedrooms. There is a washer & dryer & they even provided beach towels. They even had card games available to play. The balcony had very nice table and chairs to enjoy the beach views! Our stay was absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo!!!!

We absolutely loved this condo and so did our kids! Beautiful and well kept. The beach view spans from the master suite to the dining room/kitchen so you can enjoy the stunning view your whole time. The owners were kind, responsive and easy to work with and they have truly thought of every detail when decorating and loading this condo, so that you truly feel at home. Just bring your clothes and groceries and they have thought of the rest. Get some detergent, if you’d like to do laundry while there. The facility itself is also a nice place as well; equipped with two pools, direct access to the beach and showers. Check-in and checkout with the facility and property could not have been easier. We will for sure recommend this condo to anyone traveling to SPI! The perfect home away from home! Thank you Ed and Betty for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

My entire family had an excellent time during our Christmas week stay. The weather was 75-80 degrees all week and the gulf was warm enough for swimming. The condo was perfect for our stay. It is a perfect location and the owner the property and owners have provided all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The owners are very responsive to all questions and any issues that may arise. Thank you Ed & Betty sharing this condo with us.

This condo offers a list of great amenities: Great location, near to causeway for easy access to Port Isabel. Property is clean & well maintained. Plenty of space in condo with a kitchen that contains all the items you will need for your stay. Condo is very quiet with a great view of the ocean. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. Pool & hot tub are clean & well maintained. A five star property.

Condo was very clean. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and all the essentials were there. Communication with Ed was always prompt and helpful.The easy access/short walk to the beach was wonderful. Everyone agreed this was the most relaxing beach trip of all. We had a three YO and an almost one YO with us and the condo and balcony worked very well for all of us.The personnel we interacted with at the complex were helpful and accommodating.I would definitely stay in this condo again.

This property is among a select few condominiums closest to the beach. The property is one of the most admired on the island and has an excellent history of offering private owners and their guests a first-class accommodation.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is fully equipped and its location is especially unique. It sits next to a one mile expanse of undeveloped shoreline at the southern most tip of the island. It's private beach offers a respite away from the crowds while the building adjoins the Padre Island National Seashore.
