This newly designed two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor at Pilot House - right in the heart of the Village at Baytowne Wharf. You are just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, and exercise room. Spend warm summer evenings relaxing on the poolside balcony and take in the tropical ambience. Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all! Tram service is complimentary, so hop on the shuttle for a quick ride to the beach to enjoy the sugar white sand and waves.

Our "beach chic" condo is tastefully decorated in warm coastal style. There is a comfortable family room with driftwood floors, plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances and is fully stocked with dishware and cookware. Our dining area seats six guests with additional bar seating for three.

The master bedroom suite features a king bed with fresh linens, a spacious closet, an HDTV with sports package, and a master bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom suite offers a queen bed, an HDTV, and a guest bathroom with dual vanities and a large shower. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer and dryer, garage parking, an elevator entrance and complimentary WIFI.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
