The space
This spacious 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home is built for comfort, relaxation, and group connection. Most bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space. With 20 beds, there’s plenty of room for large families, retreats, or friend groups to spread out and settle in.

Outdoor Features

In the backyard, you'll find a huge 20' x 60' private pool surrounded by garden space, ideal for lounging and enjoying the outdoors. A hot tub sits right on the patio—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. There's plenty of open yard space for games, gatherings, or simply soaking up the Hudson Valley vibe, as well as decent hills for sledding in the snow season.

Indoor Amenities

Inside, guests can enjoy a game room, electric fireplace, and open living/dining areas perfect for entertaining or relaxing. A dedicated movie room with a large 85 inch TV makes it easy to wind down with a film or host a fun movie night.

Other things to note
Pool is opened from May through September weather permitting. Please message us before booking if you're planning to stay and use the pool in mid to late September. Also please make sure your reservation accurately represents the number of people staying on the property. There may be extra per person/per night fee, even after check-in. The base price of the house is based on 16 people. Each person after that is $75 per night.
