The house is located in a forest reserve in the area known as RECANTO ENSEADA DOS BACURIS on Lago das Brisas, in the municipality of Água Limpa, Goiás. Known as CASA DA ROSA, the location offers plenty of opportunities to connect with nature. It features forests, a stream, wells, trails, and a lake, and the house itself is comfortable, cozy, and truly beautiful. Casa da Rosa comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. It’s ideal for leisure, families, friends, parties, and also for peace and quiet. It is located 220 km from Goiânia (203 km on paved roads and 17 km on dirt roads), 77 km from Morrinhos, 84 km from Itumbiara, 42 km from Buriti Alegre, and 23 km from Água Limpa de Goiás.
Casa da Rosa has 5 suites and features:
a) A sleeping area with a spacious balcony, featuring 5 air-conditioned suites with new, comfortable mattresses; b) A spacious, open-concept area featuring a living room, half-bath, fully equipped kitchen, and a very large leisure balcony facing the forest and lake; c) Outdoor area with two swimming pools, one of which is a natural pool with a waterfall, gardens, a barbecue area, and a grassy leisure area for relaxation that can be used for outdoor parties; d) Leisure pavilion with a fire pit area; e) Hiking trails; f) The house has Wi-Fi and SKY TV; and g) A small pier on the lake for fishing.
