We are a family of 5 (three girls who just recently graduated from college). We are in the education and accounting business. We have lived in Gilbert over 20 years. Our favorite hobbies are #1 family, traveling, boating and anything to do with being outdoors. We are very clean and take care of what we own. We love animals, our friends and try to remain active in our community which is one of the reasons why we love Gilbert so much...
Why Jerry Brown chose Gilbert
We purchased our home about 8 years ago when we blended families. It's a very large house and now that all the girls have graduated and moved out it's become too large for just the two of us. This house was built to entertain and as you know Arizona is where the sunshine is!!!
What makes this House unique
This is a great home to entertain. it's large not only on the inside but also the outside. It has a beautiful swimming pool and an incredible built in backyard kitchen plus a basement with two bedrooms, bathroom and large family room (all down stairs). We also love the area, all the neighbors are very friendly!

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
